Good customer service
Pros:

We must thank the ops manager Ravi Kumar - Menon . And Sophia .
We were disappointed on arrival and wanted to leave - it isn’t five star (there are four outside the property) but the it’s not four star really - it isn’t beach front , it’s a bit of a walk over and main highway too. The bar isn’t great and pool area also need a refurb . The room was basic however Ravi managed this situation very well to ensure we were comfortable. He has great customer care skills

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Near beach,we recommend nearby harbour bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Location far from boat trips but cheap Tuk Tuk ride away.

Pool closed at 6pm and staff cleaned it
At 5pm for 30mins, please clean after 6pm

Wonderful location and service
Pros:

Excellent service, location, cleanliness, views and food. Staff were super helpful brining a wheelchair for my mother when we arrived and allowing us to use it during our stay.

Cons:

The only part of the whole hotel that wasn’t wheelchair friendly was the shower, it was a shower over a large bath with very thick sides and no anti-slip coating on the floor of the very curved bathtub. So it was difficult for my mother to shower and she needed our assistance. Other than this one detail the whole hotel, reception, carpark, restaurant, pool area and spa were all wheelchair friendly.
