Chambre très bien insonorisé.
Très bien situé dans le coeur du vieux Québec avec une très belle vue.
Stationnement sur place très pratique

Cons:

Petit déjeuner dispendieux, devrait être inclus.
Tapis de la chambre laisse à désiré, un nouveau revêtement de plancher serait le bienvenue.

Un hôtel étape en plein centre de Québec avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

En plein cœur de Québec très pratique pour se balader à pied dans la ville

Cons:

Pas de places de parking quand on n’a pas réservé donc obligé de mettre la voiture dans un parking hors de prix.

Le personnel de la réception les 3 filles étaient géniales, propreté, le décoration, la situation géographique

Cons:

Une petite ceci du chauffage et le manque de professionnalisme d'un certain Mr Moki au service restaurant surtout au niveau de la communication mais en général je peux dire que c'est un établissement auquel je reviendrai à 100%

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Quebec
Pros:

The location is excellent, the staff are professional and friendly, the room was comfortable. The cruvinet in the lobby was a great addition, as well as the espresso machine near it.

Cons:

If I had to criticize, it would be the coffeemaker in the room was difficult to operate, but with the espresso machine in the lobby, it wasn't a deal breaker.

The location for the Carnival is perfect. The self-serve wine bar was excellent. The staff was very kind and friendly. We always felt very welcome.
My room was warm and inviting. It also had a great shower
