Confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Très bien situé dans le vieux-québec, permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La chambre est confortable, le foyer et la baignoire dans la chambre est un petit plus. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, rien à dire!

Cons:

Le mobilier et la chambre sont vieux et ça parait qu'ils ont du vécu (coin abimé, grafigne, sofa, etc.), mais si ce n'est pas des éléments qui vous dérange, la place est vraiment très bien pour un séjour dans le vieux-Québec.

Pros:

Hotel Champlain is a small and charming hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and a good size, always clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, and there’s even free coffee in the lobby.

A localização é impecável e o hotel super charmoso. A cama é travesseiros também eram muito bons. Ótimo custo benefício.

Muy bien ubicado. Habitación bonita en una ciudad preciosa

Ubicación óptima. Está en el mismo centro. La habitación era bonita, amplia y confortable.

Cons:

Debe ser costumbre, pero no te limpian la habitación si no lo solicitas. Aunque todo lo que necesites te lo dan.

Um bom hotel, com bom custo e localização!
Pros:

Eu gostei muito da localização, do atendimento e da máquina de café disponível 24horas.
O aquecimento do quarto funciona muito bem também!

Cons:

O café da manhã é pago a parte, mas na minha opinião não valeu a pena!
O quarto é um pouco apertado e a cama não me pareceu queen como deveria.

Excellent stay, overall.
Pros:

Accessible to all of Old Quebec and Downtown Quebec. Less than 5mins walk down to Chateau Frontenac and Dufferin Terrace. Staff: Speaks English and French - very accomodating. Parking: They do have a parking space (for a fee) in the hotel but you have to book it in advance, or else you have to park to the nearest Pay parking around 3mins walk down at Rue St Anne. Only a few hotels have their own parking.

Pros:

Location was.excellent. Room was adequate.

Cons:

Parking was.very tight. Small toilets are inconvenient. When booking I thought breakfast was included but at check in was informed it wasn't included because I did not book directly with the hotel. I was also phoned 4 or 5 hours after we left and asked why we were still in the room because our reservation was over. Why would you not enter the room to verify before calling your customer. We checked out early and I did not like the accusation that we were trying to overstay our booking.
