Cons:

We booked via Booking.com superior room - st least this is how it was promoted, but did not get superior. The room was smaller, nevertheless good size. Nothing to complain with the room but rather to point out to Booking.com to check their availabilities. Otherwise, excellent location in the mid of the old town but on a very quite street. Climatisation is laud but sufficient to work only during the day. Comfy bed, small fridge. Bathroom was small if this is of concern for someone.

Belle découverte
Pros:

Service impeccable, le staff était sympathique et fut d'une aide très appréciée sur les questions que j'avais. Belle localisation à une dizaine de minutes de marche de la gare du palais et bien centralisée pour permettre les déplacements dans le vieux Québec. Chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable..je suis toujours septique quand je vois de super belles photos des chambres mais dans le cas de l'hôtel Champlain, les photos rendent justice à la chambre que j' avais. Malgré la période de l'année très achalandé du festival d'été de Québec, l'hôtel est très bien situé si vous cherchez un endroit calme qui vous permettra de vous reposer après une longue journée à visiter la belle ville de Québec, contrairement à d'autres rues du vieux Québec qui bourdonnaient de monde et de bruits après la fin des spectacles. Même à minuit trente, j' ai trouvé le quartier très sécuritaire pour s'y déplacer.Je vous recommande cet hôtel

Si je cherche absolument quelque chose qui pourrait être un irritant pour quelques voyageurs, le climatiseur de la chambre était un peu bruyant lorsqu'il se mettait en marche mais moi, ça me m'a pas vraiment dérangé
