Hotel was central located in old town Quebec City with down hill or level easy walk to most points of interest. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The place is a little bit dated but that didn’t worry us as this was in line with the ambience of the city.

Highly recommended for your Old Quebec stay
Pros:

Great location - walking distance to everything within Old Quebec. Appreciated the provided food & water bowl and blanket for our dog. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room and access to a coffee machine in the lobby. Parking spaces at the back of the hotel.

Pleasant stay Quebec City
Pros:

Excellent location, easy walking to most attractions.

Cons:

The hotel needs some updating. The keys to room doesn’t work well, toilet doesn’t flush well, too little water flow. Also there is a big sticky stain on carpet that needs to be shampooed.

They clean the room every two days…on vacation I really want - for a change - someone to tide up my room, replace the towels, coffee …like I had experienced in every other hotel I stayed at. If this is the new trend for hotels I would much rather to stay in a VRBO and do everything myself: as usual!!!

Good place to stay in Old Quebec.
Pros:

It’s in a very good location, right in Old Quebec. They accept dogs. We brought our German shepherd with us and he was very welcome. They had bowls ready for him in the room.
