The bedroom had everything we needed. I liked the coffee machine downstairs too. The location was great and there is parking.

ll manquait des serviettes, il serait bien de vérifier les ampoules, et de rafraichir la décoration
Great location and quiet. We had a room with a view of Chateau Frontenac, so could see the fireworks from our room. Only about 10 mins walk to attractions. Plenty of eateries close by also. Breakfast was good value ( saved on tipping ). Upon checking out, the reception lady suggested taking an Ubet XL, saving us money so all 4 of our party could go in the one vehicle instead of 2 separate taxis to Gare Du Palais train station which cost about CAD 31.
Extremely slow elevator
L emplacement il n' y a pas mieux, la literie est top, le personnel à la réception très chaleureux et réactif. Machine a café a volonté très bien.
Des lits un peu vieillots mais confortables, le petit dej sans chocolat, au petit dej on est un peu a l étroit.

Very convenient location, excellent parking.
We stayed in the older part of the property and found the room very nice and large. Super comfortable bed, clean linens and seating areas.
Would have given it a 10 were it not for the tub shower but we will definitely book it again . Also shout out to Tommy from the reception. He went over and above to give us a great welcome, including carrying our luggage up .

The room could definitely use some improvement. The carpet had an unpleasant, musty smell, likely due to humidity, which made the room feel less fresh and comfortable. Our room also faced a very narrow street, so very little natural daylight came in, making the room feel quite dark even during the day. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also below what we would expect from a hotel of this standard and could have been more thorough. Overall, these aspects affected the comfort of our stay
