Pros:

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff.Anvar è stato gentilissimo simpatico e utile nei trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto. Bekhruz ci ha accompagnati al ristorante chiamato taxi ecc. Entrambi parlano un ottimo inglese. È un piacere avere avuto a che fare con voi. Vi ringraziamo!

Pleasantly surprised

Мы провели в отеле два замечательных дня и остались в полном восторге от нашего пребывания.

Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасное расположение отеля — исторический центр и основные достопримечательности находятся совсем рядом, что позволяло с удовольствием гулять по старому городу и в любой момент (особенно после знойного солнца в июне) возвращаться в отель для отдыха.

С первых минут чувствовались искреннее гостеприимство, доброжелательность и открытость команды. Персонал всегда был внимателен, отзывчив и создавал по-настоящему тёплую атмосферу.

Номер был очень уютным, комфортным и с особым историческим шармом, который помог ещё глубже прочувствовать атмосферу города.

Отдельная благодарность за замечательные завтраки, Всё было очень вкусно, свежо и приготовлено с заботой. Особенно запомнилась невероятно вкусная и сладкая дыня, которая стала прекрасным началом каждого дня.

Сервис на протяжении всего пребывания был безупречным: внимательным, профессиональным и при этом ненавязчивым.

Спасибо всей команде за тёплый приём и прекрасные впечатления. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и близким! ❤️✨

Most recommended boutique hotel in Bukhara
Pros:

The design is incredible, full inspiration of Uzbek culture
Location is perfect, with walking distance to all historical places in Bukhara
Helpful staff, especially receptionist Behrusz and restaurant staff Yagub but most remembered is driver Anvar, he is so kind and lovely to our group. The hotel offers a car from/to train station with very reasonable price

Good location, but the room did not live upto expectations
Pros:

The location is quite convenient. The staff were welcoming but it was a bit of a mixed interaction.

The breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was also good.

Cons:

The bed was not very good. Too soft.
Water was not resupplied every day. And when I asked for it, it was offered only at room temeprarure and there was a charge for cold water from the fridge

A few things that are likely specific to the room that I was in:
There was inadequate lighting in the room. Felt too dark.
When I tried to open the blinds, the bars holding the curtains on the windows fell off. I had to go outside to open the blinds
The room is not comfortable as it has no cupboards
No mirror (apart from a high one in the bathroom)
The AC fan blows straight at the bed
Finally: There were very noisy guests (with young children) in the room above me and the sounds from running around and dragging of luggage continued well into the night.

부하라관광지를 야간에 여행하기에 아주 좋은 위치에 있으며 직원들이 세심하고 친절합니다. 객실내부도 넘치도록 좋았고 편안하고 이색적인 분위기가 좋았습니다. 침대와 배게도 편안한 잠을 청하기에 충분했습니다.
조식은 맛있는 음식들로 충분하였습니다. 직원분의 커피서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 다른 분들께도 추천합니다.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Exceptional experience! We felt at home. The attentive hotel staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The breakfasts were very tasty, with lots of options to choose from. The room was spacious and very cozy, with a huge comfortable bed. The location is perfect — all the highlights of Bukhara are just a few steps away. We highly recommend this hotel; it’s the best in Bukhara! Rahmat for everything!

Besides its charming design and excellent location—just a few minutes' walk from Old Bukhara and Labi-Hauz—the people truly made our stay special. From Khorshid, the owner, to Behroz and Yaqob, everyone made us feel welcome and at home.

Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality. If we have the opportunity to return to Bukhara, we will definitely stay here again.
