Good service
Pros:

Staff was nice especially the guy he was very welcoming and helpfull .

Cons:

The fact that there wasn't undercover parking with security but the guy was very nice and said he will keep a eye on the car for us and he let us stop right infront of the hotel door . That made me feel more relaxed.

Pros:

The location,the place design and previous bookings were amazing, but last one I am not happy

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I was not told I had to find out after booking that I was banned for what reason I don't know honestly I was not even questioned or informed about any issue or matter related to a good enough reason to be banned

Lovely room, good value for money
Pros:

Clean linen and apartment, friendly staff, quiet area at night.

Cons:

We found a couple of small, live cockroaches in the shower, reported to reception and cleaning staff.
