That's really the MOST CRAZY THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
YOU HANG UP A HAIR DRYER, BUT THERE IS NO PLUG IN THE WHOLE ROOM WHICH SUPPORTS THIS PLUG 🙈🙈🙈
So I will ASK BOOKING.COM TO PUT UNDER YOUR DESCRIPTION: PLEASE BRING A PLUG IF YOU WANT THE HAIR DRYER TO WORK AND I WILL ATTACH THIS PICTURE !
Then it amounts to disrespect of your clients that in every room the SAFE IS NOT WORKING!
AT 305 IT WAS NOT WORKING FOR 1 WEEK AFTER I REPORTED IT ON THE FIRST DAY AND WAS TOLD THE TECNICIAN IS COMING TO FIX IT!
AFTER 1 WEEK I MOVED OUT AND IT WAS STILL NOT FIXED!
YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE IT WHAT IS COMING NOW:
I MOVED TO ROOM 401 AND GUESS WHAT THE SAFE IS NOT WORKING! 🙈😳 AND YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT THE HAIR DRYER IS ALSO NOT WORKING!
THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE IN THE WHOLE HOTEL! AND THERE ARE NO CLEANING MATERIALS TO BE SEEN!
SO NOW YOU GOT THE WHOLE TRUTH AND I HOPE YOU HANDLE IT WITH RESPONSIBILITY AND BETTER YOUR STORIES! THANKS,

The staff were super friendly and we made friends with them. They were very kind. Hospitality is on point. Only thing it lacks a restaurant. But the place is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay there.
Had a great stay, very comfortable and close to where we wanted to be,. Staff was helpful when needed help.
Bathroom tap was not working well, small stream of water almost as if there was no pressure and no hot water coming from there

You know I'm EXCACTLY 1 WEEK NOW IN 305 AND TOLD RECEPTION THAT MY SAFE IS NOT WORKING & THE SHOWER IS NOT WORKING ( MEANING IT WILL FLOOD THE WHOLE BATHROOM FLOOR! )
I WILL AD MY MESSAGE WHICH I SENT 1 WEEK AGO!
AND NOW IT COMES:
I JUST WALKED PAST ROOM 303 AND THE SAFE IS WORKING & THE SHOWER IS WORKING, BUT NOBODY OFFERED ME EVEN THE OPTION TO MOVE THERE???
SO WHAT I WILL DO FROM NOW ON IS THE FOLLOWING:
" 1.
WHEN I SHOWER I WILL NOT CARE ANYMORE IF THE BATHROOM IS FLOODED!
WHAT I HAD TO DO NOW FOR THE PAST DAYS, WHEN I SHOWERED AND THE FLOOR FILLED UP WITH WATER I HAD TO CLOSE THE SHOWER AND WAIT INSIDE TOTALLY WET, MEANING I GET VERY, VERY COLD AND AS SOON THE WATER IS FINISH RUNNING DOWN THE DRAIN, I COULD SWITCH THE SHOWER ON AGAIN AND FINISH WITH ME SHOWERING!!!
WHICH MEAN FROM TODAY I WILL NOT BOTHER WITH THE WATER OVERFLOWING AND THE BATHROOM GETTING FLOODED, BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE, THEN WHY I SHOULD CARE??????

THEN THE GENTLEMAN AT RECEPTION TOLD ME 7 DAYS AGO THAT HE WILL SEND SOMEONE TO FIX MY SAFE AND I'M STILL WAITING????????????

WHEN BOOKING.COM REQUEST ME TO WRITE A REVIEW ON HOW WAS MY STAY, I WOULD ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE HIGHEST SCORE POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
