Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff was friendly.

Cons:

There's a fixed hairdryer in the room with a 2 point plug but there's no adaptor provided and the plugs next to it are 3 point plugs. Just a small detail.

The Bruxelles large room was more than we expected.Stuff was.helpfull.
Pros:

We got the extra large room apartment like on the top floor and that was perfect to relax afterr.4 weeks.traveling in South africa.
Location was handy to Red bus tours , free tour, Bo Kaap, restaurants and cafes.We never felt unsafe.
The noise to set up the market didn't bother us.

I hated it
Cons:

the AI pictures misrepresented the place and its false marketing. no aircon, no electric blanket, tv remote wasn't working properly, cant close the shower properly. I had to request a fleece because Cape Town was raining and super cold. street parking is not the best, theres always a chance of someone breaking into your car

Awesome 👌 time at Bruxelles Hotel
Pros:

From the front desk to the restaurant, they are delightful staff, calm and helpful. I would definitely come back to the hotel. The housekeeper also super, I had a comfortable stay in Bruxelles hotel.

Cons:

There is a noise of the machine on the rooftop, I was at the penthouse on floor 5, I felt like I'm onboard the cruise ship, and the sound when the propellers are running to sail the boat.... but was something I'm used to... I'm not sure if it's something controllable. either than that... I enjoyed my stay.
