Querencia Hotel

Room was very nice, clean and sound proofed. The only downside is the rooftop, which is a separate business, but still, it was one of the reasons I picked up the hotel as the it shows the roof top on the picture. Extremely expensive, 1600 TL for a glass of wine and they charged 100TL for water they served and we didn't ask for.

Gerek otelin konumu, gerek otel personeli ve gerekse otelin konaklanabilirliği deyim yerindeyse harika. Sadece temizlik %20-30 aralığında daha iyi olursa civarda rakipsiz bir otel olmasının önünde hiçbir engel yok.

Galata’nın bir arkasındaki sokakta, temiz, yeni, tam bir fiyat performans otel. Resepsiyondakiler güler yüzlü yardımseverlerdi. Tek sorun daha önce yorumlarda da gördüğüm gibi ses gelmesiydi odaya. Ancak bizi çok rahatsız etmedi. İstanbul’da gezmek için ulaşım çok kolay oldu. Otelin otoparkı yok ancak yakında katlı otopark var. Otelin otoparkı olsa bile Galata’nın dar ve kalabalık sokaklarına girmektense 3-5 dk uzaklıktaki otoparka bırakırdık yine de. Yine İstanbul’da kalacak olsam yine burayı tercih ederiz.

Einziges Manko ist dass hier die Wände etwas hellhörig sind - somit bei lauten Zimmernachbarn ist leider alles zu hören.

An overall great stay at this hotel. It's newer so facilities were clean and the area is ideal for first time tourists. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. We heard our neighbors watching movies loud and clear as well as cell phone alarms and toilet flushes.

Konumu şahane, Galata’nın dibindesiniz. Danışmadaki beyefendi çok kibardı, çok yardımcı oldu. Odalar temiz, konforlu, sıcaktı. Her şeyden oldukça memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler!

The service was good. The hotel is newly restaurated and clean. The receptionist was helpfull. We got a free roomupgrade. However, the premium rooms are a bit compact. Please change the laundry service. Our clothes were a bit wornoff after the laundry services. The hotel is located at a good place. One street further, there is a lot of restaurants/Bistro’s. Ten minutes walking and you are at Karaköy.

This hotel is new and everything in the room are good quality and clean. There is no paint smell in the room. The receptionists and housekeepers are very friendly. We booked two days first and extended for one week after we checked in.

Wonderful renovated hotel in the heart of the city. Just a few feet away from Galata Tower. Staff was wonderful to chat with. Very comfortable overall.
