结果因为员工的疏忽，冰袋根本没有被冷冻好，导致我的药品在途中变质损坏。这是非常昂贵的药，就这样被毁了。太令人气愤了。

Great location, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly staff who also helped me to book a didi when my app wasn't working. Lovely stall nearby where you can buy fruits which they will cut up for you. Laundry facilities available. Breakfast mainly chinese, but ok

Excellent location and a very stylish hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request, which made our stay especially pleasant.

What we appreciated most was the support provided before our arrival. The team offered useful recommendations and even assisted with booking tickets to local attractions, which was incredibly valuable and made planning our trip much easier.

Très belle chambre familiale, spacieuse et confortable.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande douche ainsi que les toilettes japonaises, un vrai plus.

Cons:

La chambre est très moderne et connectée. Malheureusement, ne parlant que très peu chinois, il nous était difficile d’utiliser les commandes vocales des équipements connectés.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location, especially for visiting the National Park. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers free laundry facilities, which was a big plus. Special thanks to Sara for helping us book tickets to the Park and Tianmen Mountain.

Cons:

Some minor issues included a broken fridge, curtains that didn’t close properly in the night, and a faulty room door. Overall, we still highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons toutefois été surpris que l’hôtel autorise de fumer dans les parties communes. Notre chambre était composé d’une salle de bain complètement ouverte et nous n’avons pas apprécié les toilettes à proximité du lit. A cela s’ajoutent un petit déjeuner moyen et un personnel peu aidant.

Beautiful, comfortable and well located.
Pros:

The room was stunning. Extremely clean and well maintained. Close to wulingyuan town and activities like the national park east gate. The staff were so lovely too. I had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
