L'impressione è che sia una struttura molto nuova, a gestione apparentemente familiare, concepita principalmente per il mercato interno e che debbano fare molta esperienza per proporsi ad una clientela globale. All'arrivo - ore 23,00 circa -nessuno parlava una parola d'inglese ed i due receptionist, per quanto gentili, apparivano alquanto spaesati; con l'ausilio dei traduttori automatici ci hanno subito chiesto una maggiorazione del 3%, sia sul costo dell'hotel che su quello delle attrazioni acquistate tramite il loro servizio, non prevista su booking, non comunicata in precedenza e motivata da "interessi sull'uso della carta di credito" mai riscontrati in precedenza in nessuna struttura. Nella suite una camera aveva una temperatura tropicale e l'altra era fredda; un cartello in solo cinese (anche qui è servito il traduttore) avvisava che c'era la domotica con comandi vocali che, però, recepiva solo il cinese..... I comandi a muro non rispondevano e non si riusciva neppure a spegnere del tutto la climatizzazione. Il giorno dopo, segnalato il problema, hanno tentato di risolverlo senza successo sicchè, ad ulteriore sollecito, hanno deciso di cambiarci di suite. Le chiavi elettroniche si sono smagnetizzate ogni giorno. La colazione - servita in camera su piccoli tavolini e senza nessuna possibilità di scelta - erano 2 uova sode, due fette di pane dolce, due patate dolci, due pezzi di pannocchia di granoturco al vapore e un caffè.

Pros:

Wow! This hotel was INSANE and such great quality for the price. I would expect to pay triple what I paid. I highly recommend. The rooms were massive and high tech with a Japanese style toilet and automatic curtains. The WiFi worked exceptionally and the staff were excellent. They booked me so many activities at short notice and made everything super clear.

Cons:

Could have been quieter but, I was the first room on the bottom floor so, right next to reception.

Lovely boutique hotel, comfortable sleep, good location!
Pros:

Great location, very easy to access the streets with restaurant walking and easy to take a taxi to any attractions including national park etc. The rooms are clean and new and very comfortable beds, we slept great here. Staff were helpful and their English speaking staff Sara was amazing and helped us understand and organise tickets for attractions.

Cons:

Just note on Didi that the JIMO hotel doesn’t show up so you need to put the nearby restaurant Mie Yue in and it will show up. Breakfast could do with some improvement but otherwise is good enough to sustain you for your day of walking up the mountains!

Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff were super helpful!
We were able to communicate with Sara in English to secure tickets for Zhangjiajie Park as well as Tianmen Mountain.
And the staff at reception gave us directions on the best route when visiting the nearby sites.
They also cleaned the room daily which was very nice after a long day.

The location is great as it’s very close to Zhangjiajie East Gate. And the town it self is small and had a great atmosphere especially at night when everything is lit up.

Amazing place for National Forest Park

Really clean and beautiful rooms, Staff was amazing with helping out to book tickets to destinations and overall questions, very clean rooms, and amazing staff. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions were answered. If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation,Just Book here.

Amazing place in a beautiful setting with very helpful and welcoming staff

We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure is really good.We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming.
