Personal super, Zimmer sauber, für den Preis - sehr gut
Pros:

Zimmer war modern und sehr sauber, große Auswahl an Frühstück - jedoch gegen Aufpreis, in wunderschöner und ruhiger Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und daher kann man drinnen nicht wirklich essen, oder sonst etwas machen. Die Klima bzw. Heizung steht im Zimmer und kann in der Nacht ziemlich laut werden

Hotel proche aéroport, avec de grands extérieurs, et salon de bien être
Pros:

Suite à une erreur de ma part, je me suis trouvée sans logement à ma descente de l avion, à minuit. Nous avons donc eu l opportunité de réserver au tout dernier moment une chambre pour 3.
Petit déjeuner copieux, grands espaces extérieurs, literie du lit double très confortable.

Cons:

- Le canapé lit pour la 3e personne n était pas fait, le couchage n y était pas très confortable.
- Il n y avait pas d eau chaude
- l entrée a été un peu compliquée parce que nous n'avions pas reçu le code d entrée. Le gardien de nuit a finalement réussi à nous dépanner. Mais ce process pour un very late checking, s il est possible (et encore une fois merci sinon nous aurions dormi dans la voiture! ) est néanmoins à revoir.

Modern volt , de hiába harmónia a neve, nem azt nyújtotta, amit vártunk.
Pros:

A hotel modern, szépen felújított volt. A szoba mérete megfelelő. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó volt.

Cons:

Egy kicsi odafigyeléssel javíthatóak lennének a hiányosságok. A reggeli nagyon kevés volt, gyerek adag, ráadásul csak 2 opció közül lehetett választani, és minden nap ugyan az a 2 opció volt. A szobában nem volt rendesen kitakarítva, nem volt 100 % tiszta. Minden nap volt takarítás, de nyoma nem volt, egyedül tiszta törölközőt kaptunk csak takarítás címén. Egyetlen egy pici szemetes volt csak a fürdőben, ami kevés volt, és még azt sem ürítette a takarítónő. A személyzet nem volt kedves, a takarítónő pofákat vágott, amikor a kezébe adtam a szemetes zacskót, hogy legyen kedves elvinni. A reggelinél kértünk még kenyeret, paradicsomot és közölték, hogy ennyi a reggeli, mit mászkálunk oda, a szakács itt is mérgesen nézett ránk mikor ezeket mondta. A hotel bejáratánál egy bár van, ahonnan hangos zene jött. A zene sokáig szólt és reggel is egyből bekapcsolták. A galériás szobában nem volt ablak, csak egy fent a plafonon. Azért választottuk ezt a hotelt, hogy szép erdő melletti kilátásunk legyen, és csend, nyugalom vegyen körül. Ezek közül egyik sem teljesült. Csalódás volt a hotel.

Bedrooms in a large leisure centre
Pros:

Bedroom clean and spacious with small welcome pack of water and mints.

Cons:

We just wanted an overnight stay after driving from Budapest. We were expecting a small cosy hotel with spa facilities but it was more like a leisure centre with a few rooms. Heating wasn’t good and -8 outside No coffee machine in room

Baš poput naziva harmonija okusa, okoliša, usluge, ambijenta i sadržaja!
Pros:

Doručak, ručak i večera su bili odlični. Raznovrsni i ukusni. Osoblje je bilo uslužno i uvijek dobro raspoloženo. Ambijent je predivan. Imate osjećaj da ste u nekom drugom svijetu, baš pravi odmor.

Bilo nam je jako lijepo
Pros:

Svidjelo nam se uređenje i sobe i cijelog resorta. U sobi je bilo je toplo i čisto. Oduševila nas je blizina sportskih sadržaja, šetnja do jezera i šetanje po uređenim stazama. Jako lijepi kraj!

Cons:

Budući da nas je bilo 4 i kauč smo koristili za spavanje, nedostajao nam je neki mali stol i stolice za sjesti.
I kad je pao snijeg, dobro bi došao mali tepih na ulazu jer se s cipela cijedi snijeg.

Pros:

Osoblje je izvrsno, jako ljubazno i susretljivo. Hotel je renoviran, sobe su nove i ciste, odlicne velicine za obitelj. Krevet je udoban, jedina zamjerka je nemogucnost podesavanja temperature u sobi, pa je bilo malo pretoplo. Hrana u restoranu je izvrsna i nadmasila je nasa ocekivanja. Dorucak je po narudzbi sto se meni osobjo svidjelo.
