Pros:

Staff menbers are very friendly and helpfull. Always care about guests. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice, clean and good size room. Close to the beach, restaurants and within walking distance to the cliff. I highly recommend this homestay.
Suneesh is also a respected yoga teacher.
