Hamilton Palace is a beautiful property and peacefully located with absolutely stunning views. Rooms were clean and cozy, wooden style interior makes it look gorgeous.
Views from every room is breathtaking. Hotel staff is very helpful in nature under the guidance of Manager Mr. Amit Yadav.
Only the issue which I noticed was lack of options in Breakfast, but still staying at this property is worth.
Nothing as such. Only an advise if they can include more options in breakfast. Also many items in Menu card were not available.

Location, waste of money, there was nothing to visit & less option of foods
The rooms and location were good. The views were super. However access to the hotel is through a narrow, poorly maintained road. The staff is friendly, helpful. Food was average
Not suitable for elderly or physically challenged.
Dining facility needs upgradation, esp for winter - the dining hall was on the 2nd floor, open on one side and glass windows all around, no curtains or heating arrangement. Crockery , cutlery, flasks, etc were chipped and poor quality.

Food was good. View from the balcony was amazing. Staff was very friendly.
Bathroom door was not getting locked properly. And TV is just become an accessory- dnt know why they have to put it in the room if they dnt want to take any subscriptions. Play area was also not in good condition.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The location, staff, and food—everything was excellent. The standout feature (USP) of the hotel was definitely the customer-friendly nature of the staff. They were warm, polite, helpful, and made the stay very comfortable. The food (though slightly overpriced) was very delicious and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Highly recommended!
Wi-Fi was a bit of an issue, but if you're open to treating it as a digital detox, it’s actually a blessing in disguise. Reaching the hotel was a bit of a challenge due to the steep, narrow road and hairpin bends, but once I arrived, the stunning views and serene ambience made me forget everything else.
