Overall a good stay
Pros:

Good location. Appreciate the complimentary breakfast.
Room is clean. Good range of toiletries provided.

Cons:

After showering , the whole bathroom floor and toilet gets wet as there is only a small 1 foot glass panel separating the shower area.

Pros:

Ubicació ideal per turisme. Habitació molt gran, còmode i amb equipament excepcional. Piscina interior privada a l'habitació. Esmorzar gratuït cortesia de l'hotel.

Cons:

Sense ascensor. L'entrada no està al nivell de l'habitació.

The staff tried to help when I had issues with getting train tickets for Seoul to the best of their ability. I apprecia
Pros:

The room was very clean. We stayed in family suite and beds were firm so we had no issues sleeping. Shower was strong (it can get slippery so just be careful). It was quiet and AM coffee was great and the FREE muffin sandwich was a plus. Some reviewers complained about it but it is not considered a paid breakfast and it is courtesy item so me and fam were happy to accept it.

Cons:

Nothing really. For such a small provincial area in Korea the hotel was good as I would expect in a more rural area. Room was large especially compared to Japan standards and good size for Korea standards. AC worked well and loved ordering food for delivery on tired nights.

위치가 매우 좋아요. 근처 맛집도 있고 관광지도 가깝고. 방도 깨끗하고 수건도 매우 깨끗함.

Cons:

조식으로 주신 샌드위치는 좀 아쉬워요.

Did not meet expectations
Pros:

Location was good. Walking distance to many of the sites and restaurants.

Cons:

Communication and customer service were very disappointing. The only communication was through WhatsApp, and the translated responses often came across as rude and unhelpful. I also do not believe the staff spoke English, which made resolving questions more difficult.

Check-in was handled by a code after 6:00 pm, so there was very little personal assistance. We booked a large family suite that was advertised as approximately 1,000 square feet, but it did not feel close to that size. Much of the space was taken up by an indoor pool, which unfortunately was too cold to use. Overall, the room felt tight for a family of four and did not meet our expectations.

Comfortable hotel with some nice touches.
Pros:

Very nice comfortable room with the wooden bathtub a great thing to relax in after long days walking.

Cons:

I'm afraid the room is not going to age well. A lot of really flimsy, low quality materials have been used and while everything still looks good now, it's easy to see that things will deteriorate quickly. The room isn't dark at night due to large bright fire exit sign and the lack of blackout blinds meant we were also woken really early each morning.

Schoon, ligging, ruimte. amenities.

Cons:

Badkamer stroomt over bij normaal gebruik van de douche waardoor alles blank komt te staan. Een drempeltje is hiervoor een simpele oplossing.
Donkere kamer met nauwelijks buitenlicht.
Zwembadwater te koud om comfortabel te zijn

Excellent stay in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Beautiful large room with a private spa hot tub. The place was very comfortable, clean, welcoming. We loved our stay here! The location was just a few minutes walk from the main tourist center, but this little pocket of the city has an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants right outside. We were pleasantly surprised! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others.

Amazing & luxurious stay, with easy access to Gyeongju attractions.
Pros:

The place was amazing! It felt luxurious to stay here, and the best accommodation we’ve had at our South Korea trip. The hinoki bath in the room was 5-star. Loved everything, including the complimentary wine, egg muffin sandwich + drink for breakfast, and complimentary coffee! Service was friendly and helpful especially with our luggage when checking in. Great amenities, especially the steamer closet and LG TV. Easy to find and they were proactive in reaching out to us prior to our stay. If we could stay for longer than 1 night, we would have. Also walkable to all the attractions. Highly highly recommend

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe just a bit bigger fridge but it was fine for our needs.

Everything. Kind and easily communicated staff, clean and comfortable room, thought of the little details for the comfort of the guests. They gave a free breakfast of coffee and a delicious and satisfying sandwich. Excellent location.
