Pros:

The room was infested with cockroaches, which constitutes a gross violation of sanitary standards. The owner did not respond in any way: no contact, no room change, and no pest control was carried out. The situation was reported, but no solution was offered.
Despite reporting the issue, Booking provided no real support and refused to refund the unused nights, despite the obvious sanitary hazard and clear violation of the terms and conditions.
I strongly do not recommend staying here.
