Todo super limpio, y el desayuno super rico, lo que mas valoro es que el embutido y quesos sea local.

Cons:

Aunque esta en perfecto estado y muy bien cuidado al final es un hotel antiguo. Igual el precio un poco caro.

Un cambio que necesita un cambio

Hemos estado dos veces .El hotel es una monada Te transporta a otra época . Me encanta el estilo del hotelito pero
Esta última hemos notado mucho el cambio que han hecho de dueño o personal. No sabemos bien qué ha cambiado, Pienso que han cambiado los dueños .
Ya la última vez el ruido de las tuberías era brutal y sigue igual o peor . La segunda noche no pudimos descansar a cada uno que iba sl baño sonaban las tuberías , wc, duchas oíamos todo …
A mi me gustaba este hotel por el salón donde tienen el televisor , podías bajar a relajarte , una sala que invita a leer a relajarte …
Ahora cuando bajas , parece que invadas una casa en la que come el personal una situación que hace sentir incómodo al huésped.
Las habitaciones no estaban hechas a las 15h que volvimos de hacer una ruta por la montaña de setcases y al entrar en la habitación nos encontramos que no estaba lista , la chica de la limpieza nos dijo que es que habían tenido mucha faena y la jefa no había querido ponerles ayuda .
Luego algo que pienso que queda muy feo estar en un hotel muy cuco donde tiene servicio de bufett en el desayuno y dueños allí encargándose de lo necesario de bufett en chándal con la camiseta por fuera… . La imagen de estar por casa es fatal no hace justicia al bonito hotel que tienen da sensación de dejadez .
Y luego el desayuno ha cambiado .
El producto es bueno la verdad el embutido de calidad se nota .
Nosotros pedimos huevos y nos dijeron que no podían por qué habían tenido un problema con los huevos . Y ningún día pudimos desayunar huevos revueltos . Tortilla si ( que también lleva huevo y para eso no tuvieron problema )

Испорченное настроение и холодная ночь

Отель заказали комнату большую, заселились оказалось не исправный туалет. Нас переселили в маленькую квартиру. Но бронироваль большую и цена соответственно другая. Отопление вечером было выключено. Кондиционер в комнате отсутствует . Я сказала, что в комнате холодно, тогда после 20:00 включили обогрев. Но после 24:00 обогрев выключили. Дом не прогрелся и все стало влажно. Окна вспотели.На улице в горах было утром 0 градусов, иней на траве.Мой муж простужен, поэтому выехали в 6:00 , чтобы согреться в машине. Завтраком не воспользовались, так как он 8:00. В отеле на этаже темно, лампочка работает только возле лифта на этаже. Экономят на электричестве.. людей на ресепшене не найти вечером и утром. Оставили ключ и рано уехали. Стены тонкие, слышны звуки соседей. Отель не соответствует заявленной цене и трем звездам.

Nada, todo perfecto porque es un hotel auténtico y las cosas auténticas tienen sus esencia en el tiempo, y todo está muy cuidado y con detalles.
