Don’t go for this hotel. Pathetic management and services. STAY AWAY!

Nothing. Everything related to this hotel was disappointing. From staff’s behaviour to services.

Cons:

I had a very unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. Despite making an advance booking three days earlier, the management seemed disorganized and took about an hour to assign our rooms. Once we got to our rooms, we found the bedsheets dirty and even discovered women's clothing in the bathroom of one of the rooms. It's concerning that such basic cleanliness standards were not met.

Additionally, the hotel failed to provide essential amenities like water. Despite several requests, it took them four hours to respond. The approach to payment was also problematic. They did not process our payment at check-in and later, in an unprofessional manner, called us at 11 pm during an office party, insisting we make the payment immediately. This was particularly alarming as we had valuables worth around 4 lakhs in our rooms and our car parked in their lot, yet they still chose to call us so late at night. This lack of professionalism is not expected from a 3-star hotel.

The hotel's facilities were also inadequate. The elevator frequently malfunctioned, getting stuck on the third floor, and we were trapped in it twice. The management only took action after we reported these incidents.

Overall, the experience was highly disappointing due to poor management, inadequate cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and faulty infrastructure.
