Important information:

Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation.
Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.
The entrance is on Saturnino Morán Street, but the apartment is accessed via Sepúlveda Street.
Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Mala experiencia, no recomendable
Cons:

El apartamento no cumplió con las expectativas. La limpieza era bastante mejorable. Un ejemplo de ello era la colcha del sofá, la cual estaba bastante sucia.

Además, el apartamento presentaba un fuerte olor a humedad motivo por el cual tuvimos que cancelar nuestra estancia el mismo día de la llegada, ya que íbamos con una bebé de 8 meses y esas condiciones de salud no eran apropiadas.

Se trata de un antiguo local en planta baja que se encuentra a pie de carretera, escuchándose bastante el tráfico que pasa por delante.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto y, obviamente, no volvería a reservar con ellos.

Sí mencionar que, nos devolvieron el 30% de la reserva. Pero nada comparado con el hecho de tener que buscar el día de la llegada otro apartamento/hotel. Ni el alojamiento ni el propio Booking se encargaron de ello, ya que según ellos no es su responsabilidad. Por ese motivo, no volveremos a reservar nada más con Booking.

Demasiado sucio imposible de describir
Pros:

El piso estaba bien decorado el espacio cómodo pero se nos fastidió la estancia por lo sucio que lo encontramos tiene mala ubicación no estancia céntrico pero buena confección del metro

Cons:

La limpieza fatal estaba demasiado sucio vamos a pedir una indemnización por este motivo pagamos para q esté limpio y lubinas q limpiar para poder estar en el , las sábanas manchas y llenas de pelos y los cojines igual abrimos el sofá y estaba sucio el suelo lleno de mola y polvo la alergia no nos dejó descansar y eso que limpiamos un desastre

Estaba reformado y limpio

Cons:

Es un local reconvertido en alojamiento, por lo que no tiene ventilación, estás a pie de calle, por lo que es ruidoso. La puerta es abre con teclado pero uno de los dias no cerraba cuando salimos porque no tiene pomo y tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono, mandaron a alguien a arreglarlo pronto. Me parece caro para lo que es

The location was really good two minute walk from the shops.

Cons:

Where do I start. The staff were not helpful at all and not organised. They told us there was no other spare bed, which took us two seconds to find in the back part of the apartment. The shower floods the floor and know way to stop it. Sheets were stained. The walls were thin and it was like I was sharing the appartment with next door. Cut my foot on a bit of plastic not stuck properly down on the floor.
One night we had someone trying to get into our apartment because they did not organise with the other people very well to get in.

Gostei, particularmente, das acomodações e da localidade com acesso próximo ao metro.

Cons:

O deposito de segurança de €300 assustou um pouco no início, mas no final tudo correu muito bem.
