Disappointing
Pros:

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay for more than one hour due to several issues that significantly impacted our experience.

Firstly, the air conditioning and TV were not functioning, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the food served was not up to the standards we had previously experienced; it was unfortunately not tasty. When we brought these concerns to the staff's attention, we were simply advised to "adjust with the situation," which was quite disheartening.

This has not been the experience we expected based on our past visits, and this time, we were highly disappointed.

I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Good for the bird sanctuary
Pros:

Lovely room in a bungalow/chalet. Lots of room which was great. Cleaning not bad but walls with a few stained/ dirt streaks. Helpful staff

Cons:

In the evening only the manager is able to take your food order and although the restaurant has 4 waiters and very few people dinning it still took 15 minutes for him to come and take our order from when we asked a waiter to take our food order.

The breakfast was served cold and not upto the mark , when we needed the waiters to take instructions they were never available nor they made any attempts to keep us happy.

Cons:

Staff is of extrmely rude attitude and there is a visible lack of training .

The managers were able to do follow ups and allow late check in .
The girl in restaurant service was good and tried her best to serve on time.

Cons:

The wifi was really trashy !! The staff didn’t know the password. The front office staff were generally unfriendly in expressions. The restaurant service was super slow.
