Siamo arrivati in serata col buio e siamo scappati dopo un’ora pur non avendo un altro hotel in cui soggiornare. Un incu

Siamo scappati dall’hotel prima di poter vedere qualcosa che ci piacesse.

Cons:

In tutte e 3 le stanze che abbiamo preso c’erano tantissime formiche vive e morte sul letto e sotto le lenzuola. In una stanza c’era anche un grosso ragno e quando abbiamo avvisato il titolare hanno reagito come se fosse tutto normale, hanno aspirato e ci hanno detto che le camere erano pronte anche se gli insetti erano già tornati.
Senza contare le lenzuola tutte macchiate.

La titolare si è mostrata molto in gamba, elastica e sorridente. Ci ha trovato in men che non si dica un trasporto per andare a Ella in piena notte. I prati della località erano bellissimi

Not a good place for a family stay.

Location was good.

Cons:

Staff Service was super bad, and the food wasn't worth the money at all. For example, we ordered a Mac & Cheese, which cost 2400/= for a single portion, and it came out so bad. It was too salty and didn't taste like the dish itself. When we told them about it, they took the dish and came back with the same dish preheated. Our two kids ended up in bed without eating anything. When we called the staff, they didn't answer. And the dining area was outside. we were listening to some music, must say not too loud. They came up saying neighbours are complaining, which we can't accept because they had not mentioned all those rules and regulations at the beginning of the booking confirmation. it was our Awurudu holiday, and it's obvious that we need that relaxation and freedom to enjoy.

Cons:

only the guy who working as manager there is cheating. Even though we book AC room he says he can not see booked Ac room and he again ask money for Air cooling. He always cheated . All good but that man is vey bad, when i was asking money back he said he will deposit , but he did not,

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ella Sobaway, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warm and professional staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was seamless, and our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need.

The comfort of the bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the stunning view from our window was an added bonus.

The location was perfectly set to have a beautiful mountain view and provided a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle.

Above all, the outstanding service truly set this place apart. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference.

I highly recommend Ella Sobaway to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ella. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Sehr schöne Lage, jedoch bisschen teuer.

Sehr schönes Grundstück! Da ist es sehr ruhig und weg vom trubel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber!

Cons:

Es hatte kein Wlan im Zimmer und die AC hat nicht funktioniert.
