An impeccably maintained heritage property with exceptional hospitality and a beautifully curated atmosphere.
Pros:

Our stay at Narendra Bhawan was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt forced or overly formal, just thoughtful hospitality delivered with ease.

The presentation of the hotel is sensational. The décor, design detail and overall ambiance create a refined and immersive experience that feels both historic and contemporary. In four trips to India, staying in a mix of four and five star hotels, this was by far the cleanest and most impeccably maintained property we have experienced. Every space felt polished, cared for and perfectly managed.

The hotel’s support in helping us explore Bikaner was also outstanding. The coordination of cars and drivers was seamless, making it effortless to visit the fort and the old city without stress. The team clearly takes pride in the entire guest experience, not just the stay itself.

Cons:

There was very little to fault. If anything, it would be hard to improve on what is already being delivered.

Overall its a great experience. The walk through the property, all the curios and photographs and the F&B is fantastic

Cons:

Very personal to my request. I had requested for hard mattress due to back issue and your soft was very uncomfortable. But hard mattress was unstable.

Stunning property.
Pros:

This property is simply stunning. We booked a "regimental room" but were given a free upgrade to the "republic suite" - the top category. I would have been very happy with the room we booked, but the republic suite was absolutely fantastic. Really stylish, clean and comfortable. Very good heating, which is essential in Rajasthan in January!!

The hotel is a destination in itself, with history all around. The meal in "Pearls and Chiffon" was expensive by Indian standards, but exceptionally good quality and the staff were excellent. The music played on the terrace was brilliant and really added to the elegance of the place.

Cons:

Nothing - and it is very rare for me to say that about a hotel!!

Tolles charmantes Hotel

Dieses Hotel war mit eines der schönsten auf unserer Indienrundreise. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Ausstattung, die Beleuchtung am Abend einfach super, sehr sauberes Bad mit sehr guter Dusch ( nicht selbstverständlich in Indien) das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.
