Good for short term
Pros:

Good price for what offers, good location (20m to nearest grocery store, restaurant, supermarket)
Friendly and helpful staff!

Cons:

No mosquito nets, shower drain not working properly aswell as the bathroom ventilation which generated a musty smell.

Die Zentrale Lage, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, freundliches Personal, Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr in der Nähe, gemütliches Bett

Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster das extrem klein war. Als Nichtraucher hatte ich immer den Zigarettengeruch in der Nase. Meine Freundin hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße hin das gut war

Очень понравилось отношение персонала и сам сервис. У нас было позднее заселение, но хозяин всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал в Telegram, поэтому никаких проблем не возникло. Во время проживания понадобилось срочно продлить номер ещё на сутки — нам сразу пошли навстречу и быстро нашли свободный номер, за что отдельное спасибо.

Мы впервые приехали в Турцию и, честно говоря, переживали, чтобы не попасть в неприятную ситуацию или плохой отель. Но здесь всё прошло настолько спокойно, комфортно и доброжелательно, что все волнения исчезли уже в первый день.

В отеле чисто и уютно, видно, что за порядком следят. Персонал очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный, создаётся ощущение, что тебе действительно рады. Особенно приятно было, что нас угощали вкусным турецким кофе на песке — это добавило особой атмосферы и оставило очень тёплые впечатления.

Также порадовало, что горячая и холодная вода есть круглосуточно, с хорошим напором — после долгих прогулок это очень важно. В целом проживание оставило только положительные эмоции, спасибо за гостеприимство! На обратном пути обязательно остановимся здесь.

Schmutziges Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Die Gegend ist wenig frequentiert von Touristen, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Zimmer entspricht NICHT den Bildern.
1. Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster in einen Lüftungsschacht. Dieser wird für Zigarettenabfälle verwendet, dementsprechend riecht es dann auch im Zimmer, wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Kein Tageslicht!
2. Haare, Fussel und diverse Flecken im Bett und auf dem Hocker.
3. Zimmerboden dreckig.
4. Defekte Ausstattung (Duschtür fehlt. Handtuchhalter defekt, etc)
5. Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage.

Auf meine Nachfrage nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurde dieser mit der Begründung abgelehnt, das Hotel sei vollständig ausgebucht, obwohl auf Booking.com noch zwei verfügbare Zimmer angezeigt wurden.

Pros:

the workers are very pleasant and try to help as much as the language barrier allows them, we even got a bigger room than we paid for.
The location is great, the street is lively but we did not experience any major noise

Cons:

One day we came back to the room and it was cleaned which is very commendable but we did not receive any information in advance that our room would be cleaned and that there was even such an option, all praise, but my opinion is that you tell your guests this when checking in.
Bed was not clean.

The location was genuinely great

it had good access to local shops, was close to the market, and very near to the main attractions.

Without me even saying anything, they came into the room and left us new, clean towels, which was really good.

Cons:

Considering the price, you wouldn’t expect many special amenities in the hotel but not to the extent that there’s no hand soap, not even a single shampoo, or even a bottle of water in the fridge.
