Pros:

Great location and friendly staff, but this second visit will probably be my last. The drop in room quality and cleanliness was too disappointing.

Cons:

The room had a strong, overwhelming smell of chemical dye that was difficult to tolerate. The odor was so pervasive that it even clung to my clothes long after I returned home. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean.

Расположение хорошее, в пешей доступности метро, трамвай, множество кафе.

Cons:

Внимание, в данном отеле КЛОПЫ!!! Первое, на что обратили внимание, это состояние подушек и постельного белья. Подушки в жёлтых разводах и требуют замены. Даже наволочка не смогла скрыть разводов. Бельё старое, в пятнах, застиранное. Полотенца в пятнах и тоже требуют замены. Далее, при осмотре подушки, мы обнаружили "жука". Поскольку ни разу не сталкивались с клопами, засомневались. Но затем сомнения рассеялись, они стали выползать отовсюду. Отодвинув кровати, мы обнаружили мусор и грязь. Попросили персонал решить проблему, переселить нас в другой номер или отель, но они сказали, что это невозможно. Смена белья не дала результата. Мы не спали всю ночь и персонал отказался компенсировать неудобства, сославшись на то, то клопы у них впервые. Также в номере присутствовал запах табака, но по сравнению с клопами, это оказалось мелочью.
