It is what it is. The hotel needs renovating, but if you need a cheap place for one night, it's not that bad.

Cons:

I had to pressure the staff to issue me an invoice, a lot of excuses before it finally happened. Short bed, I could not squeeze there (I am 181 cm tall). The shower - water leaked everywhere except the sprinkler. The bath tube door was broken. But above all, the window did not close tightly, so there was cold air blowing the whole night (it was March, cold night).

While there was friendly staff, the accommodation was disappointing and the rating very misleading

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

First of all, the hotel was very loud, and the walls were incredibly thin. At night, we would have trouble falling asleep and wake up at random moments because people were talking very loudly, singing, blasting music, etc.
Second of all, the window did not completely closed so from the outside every noise could be heard.
Lastly, the door of the shower was missing, causing the whole bathroom to be wet. Furthermore, the shower head was also not able to be held up by the rod, making an even bigger mess.

Pros:

This is a very pretty and cozy small hotel located within walking distance of most of Istanbul’s popular places, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to reach — I arrived directly from the airport by metro, which was a huge plus.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I truly felt comfortable during my stay. Thank you for hosting me — I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back again.

Замечательный приëм! Было очень приятно - меня встретили как долго данного гостя. Хозяева отеля - братья, симпатичные и отзывчивые хозяева.Небольшая, чистая и уютная комната. Прекрасный кофе по турецки на песке, вкусный чай. Нам обратном пути планирую остановиться снова!

Дружелюбные молодые люди на ресепшене.
Все вопросы решались быстро и позитивно.
Чисто и регулярно убирают.
Угощают кофе на песке и чаем.
Удобная локация.

Cons:

Сильная слышимость, но это база, так везде, нужны беруши (можно купить в ближайшей аптеке).
