Catastrophique à fuir !!!

De l’eau chaude 1 jour sur deux
Petit déjeuner catastrophique,
Une lampe de chevet qui ne marche pas
Le frigo même pas branchée
1 seul prise dans la chambre
De l’air qui passe par la fenêtre
On devait nous rendre de la monnaie suite à notre paiement. On a du les réclamer à plusieurs reprises.

It was at a convenient distance from the station. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It had seen better days. It was a backpackers hostel. It was dusty, and there were no pillow cases. The shower water came out from different places. The bedside lights didn't work. Water constantly ran into the toilet, which was disturbing during the night.

Bonjour,

Je souhaite exprimer ma grande déception concernant l’hôtel que j’ai réservé à Marrakech via Booking.com. C’est la première fois que je réserve avec cette plateforme et mon expérience a été très négative.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité de l’hôtel.
La chambre et la salle de bain sont insuffisantes, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude ou il fallait attendre 30 minutes.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était décevant et de mauvaise qualité.
De plus, l’hôtel refuse de m’envoyer la facture et m’a fait payer des frais supplémentaires injustifiés.

Je suis très déçu de ce séjour et j’attends une solution ou un remboursement pour ces désagréments.

Très mauvais hôtel
Pros:

L'accueil était glacial,salle de bain :les murs étaient sales avec de la moisissure il n'y avait pas d'eaux chaud !on a demandé à trois reprises à l'accueil ils n'ont rien fait pour ça on avait plutôt hâte de partir
