Все дуже старе, персонал не привітний, в готелі нема інтернету.

Le 1er jour de mon arrivée, on m’a volé mes baskets des adidas Spezial noir argent une édition que je ne retrouve plus. Cette paire a été prise de ma chambre, j’ai alerté tout le personnel qui était incapable de voir les caméras pour me donner une réponse en dehors du fait d’être désolé. Du coup, malgré le cadre idyllique je garde un très mauvais souvenir😔

We booked this structure through Booking, the first impression looking at the photos seemed very beautiful, in reality on our arrival in the structure we found a different pier situation from that proposal: indications to reach the very unclear location, we called the reception where they did not even saee to give precise indications on how to reach the place, on our arrival we were very disappointed by the rooms that did not reflect absolutely what was proposed on Booking. Requests made on Booking not respected despite the fact that via email had been replied that they would fulfill our requests. Buffet for breakfast and very scarce lunch and with little choice (if you arrived at breakfast/dinner an or later you risked not having breakfast) without a minimum of considerations on the evident intolerances. Assistance service for any problems in the practically non -existent rooms, we asked for assistance for non -functioning of the impant of air conditioning, 3 times they told us that they would pass .... conclusion ?? On the day of departure we discovered that they were passed, but in the wrong room. Well in conclusion I would say that if it were not for the visits of Dubrovnik (wonderful from all points of view) that we have done for our account I would say that this structure needs a restoration both from the point of view of management and from the point of view of the services offered. To date we do not believe that the structure is ready to welcome and provide adequate services. P.S. The photos of the rooms that are not at all as you offer them on booking should also be published .

El wifi no llegaba a la habitación ni a los alrededores ya que nuestro apartamento estaba alejado de la recepción por lo que teníamos que ir ahí si queríamos conectarnos al wifi.

We arrived after 6pm on the first night, and soon found out that the toilet was not working properly. The issue was reported to the front desk right away. We left the facility so the technician would have time and space to fix the issue. We came back after 10pm, and the issue was still not fixed. Temporary solution was provided eventually after reporting the issue to the front desk again and waited in the room for the technician to come. All the staff were being nice but the process and the incident were not pleasant.

The bed makes loud noise from little movement.

The towels were smelly to me. I had to use my own disposable ones instead.

On the second night, the guests above us were loud. There were sounds from moving furniture after 10:30pm at night and loud step noises before 7am in the morning.

Хотілося б щоб було трохи чистіше. Особливо в спортзалі.

Кафето на закуска е с ниско качество и нямаше Интернет.

Hotel byl moderní před 20 lety. V pokoji nešlo zavřít okno, nešly zavřít balkonové dveře, smrad, rozbité wc prkénko, lednice malá a špinavá, rozbitá sprcha, matrace nepohodlné. Za ty peníze to určitě nestojí! I za 1500 Kč drahé. Snídaně? Katastrofa! Žádný výběr, džus = obarvená voda chutnající uměle, káva= pouze obarvená voda. Nikdy víc! Kdyby jsme nutně nepotřebovali nocleh na 1 noc kvůli dítěti, tak snad i odjedu.

Mycket lyhört på rummen , frukost var medioker med extrema köer och man hann bara ta en gång , frukost till 0930 är alldeles för tidigt ! Gammalt o slitet hotell som är i behov av renovering . Man kunde inte laga någon mat alls på rummet fast det var ”kitchenette”

Det var alltför högt ljud från livemusiken på kvällen. Vi har barn som ville sova kl 21, helt omöjligt.

Il n’y a pas de vrai parking, pas rassurant quand on se déplace avec une voiture de location. Des bruits de souris qui courent dans les murs. Le personnel nous a un peu pressé pour quitter la table du petit déjeuner.
