L’emplacement et juste top ! À proximité de tout !

Cons:

L’établissement aurais besoin de faire quelques travaux de remise en état notamment dans l’espace petit déjeuner "plafond"

Poor hotel in a good location in Tourmalet

Cons:

There was no one to talk to. The hot water took a long time to arrive, there was no curtain to darken the room, the bed was bad. It was cold - the heating barely did anything. The sink was full of limescale and unpleasant. There is no way to heat drinking water. Based on the standard of the room, the rating should not be more than 1 star. The price paid is astronomical compared to what we received.

Séjour très agréable avec u. Personnel sympathique et disponible
Pros:

Le cadre de l'hôtel avec le cours d'eau mitoyen. Lit très confortable et chambre assez grande avec salle de bain spacieuse.

Cons:

Prévoir dans la chambre une bouilloire avec du thé et du café pour se faire une boisson chaude. Prévoir plus de prises électriques et les installer près de la tête de lit

Séjour décevant par rapport au prix et au standing qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ses 3 étoiles.

Le petit déjeuner était très complet et très bon.

Cons:

La chambre était très bruyante car les fenêtres n'isolent pas assez du bruit de la rivière, la salle de bain qui refoulait des odeurs d'égout, les plafonds délabrés dans la chambre et surtout dans la salle de petit déjeuner ne nous ont pas conquis.

Pros:

La verdad que no defrauda este hotel. Es espacioso, las habitaciones están muy limpias. El baño esta vez nos tocó uno reformado y muy bien. El persona muy atento. 100% recomendable este hotel por calidad precio.

Très bel endroit. A recommander
Pros:

Très bel endroit. Un hôtel de caractère situé au coeur de Luz St Sauveur à coté de la rivière. Nous avions une très belle chambre avec une grand terrasse et vue sur la montagne. Endroit idéal pour voir le tour de France. Très bon restaurant avec une ambiance familiale. Parking très accessible et établissement "dog friendly". Rien à redire sur les petits déjeuner.
