Fantastic stay in Lucerne
Pros:

Loved the location by the water and the pool was fantastic. Really glad we booked a balcony room as well. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Pros:

Great location! The air conditioning in the room (set to 16°C) was perfect for the summer heat. The pool looked really nice for cooling off after walking around, but we didn’t get the chance to try it. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby — you can grab a cup anytime!

I would recommend this hotel for the location and hospitality.
Pros:

Very nice boutique type hotel. Family owned and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. In a great location.

Cons:

It was designed for 5 people, but we only had 4. There was no room to pull out the couch. The air conditioning was a portable unit. But kept the room moderately cool.

Fabulous stay, excellent experience
Pros:

Great location, very clean, very helpful staff and coffee in foyer and cold drinks when needed made for an easy stay.

Pool was great but could have done with some lounge chairs as only seats

Наявність холодильника, кондиціонер стаціонарний, також був вентилятор. Чайник в номері. Басейн чудовий. Тихе місце розташування. 15 хвилин від вокзалу пішки. Центр міста поруч.
Можливість користуватися мікрохвильовкою та безкоштовна, безлімітна кава на рецепції.
Зручні ліжка та великий номер.

Location was good. Room was decent size. There was an elevator. The staff were friendly. There was AC.

It was quite noisy. The AC was loud, and there was a constant thumping bass sound presumably from other rooms’ AC.
