Great location! Just a flat 10 minute walk from train station, so close to walled city, lake,shopping, restaurants.

Great location and nice boutique hotel!
Pros:

The location was perfect, only a block or so from the river and right in the middle of everything. The staff were nice and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus! Lucerne was wonderful and this hotel was a great place to stay.

Bom hotel e ótima localização. Para quem chega de trem, dá pra ir caminhando da estação por cerca de 15 minutos. Para quem está com mala, também é possível pegar um ônibus (linhas 2, 12 e outras) na estação e descer a menos de 200m do hotel. Para passear a pé pelo centro, é perfeito. Tem elevador, atendentes simpáticos e uma boa área externa, com piscina, sauna e mesinhas. Cama e chuveiro bons. Optamos pelo Quarto Duplo Econômico, mas é bem pequeno. Quarto e banheiro pequenos. Conseguimos abrir duas malas médias, mas com pouco espaço. De qualquer forma, indicamos e voltaríamos (talvez escolhendo outro quarto!).

Staff are so helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you.
Pros:

Great location close to centre and easy access to everything. Pool was a welcome treat on a hot day.
We had a budget double which was fine and ticked the boxes.

Cons:

Loud aircon units.

Pros:

We loved this hotel. The location is near the train station, centrally located. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was spacious and clean. The beds we comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly.
