Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Location was excellent!
Staff were awesome!!
Sauna was good; another degree or 2 hotter would have been ideal. Providing thick towels in the pool area was a nice.

Cons:

Jacuzzi was not operating due to cost of heating water.
Our room was “very” close to the elevator so we could hear it on a regular basis.

Really good hotel in Lucerne
Pros:

We loved the outdoor pool, clean, great temperature for the summer. Coffee machine in the reception was brilliant, staff friendly and helpful. The luggage drop facility meant we could go and explore before checking into our rooms. Location is fantastic, walkable from the main station and close to the river. All considered and especially for the location the price is good value. Take away next door was a bonus!

Cons:

The 5 bed room was quite cramped and basic with 3 teenage children. For not that much more the 8 bed suite was much better value, more spacious and comfortable
