Die Lage ist sehr zentral und fußläufig vom Bahnhof.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang.Eine CityCard gibt es für die Benutzung des Nahverkehrs und weiterer Vergünstigungen.

Cons:

Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten, aber es gibt Kaffee und Tee an der Reception. Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sollten für einen Hotelbetrieb etwas hochwertiger sein.

zweckmässig, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Due Unterkunft ist zweckmässig, suaber und super gut gelegen. Tolle Lage.

Cons:

Das Licht im badezimmer funktioniert nur über den Hauptschalter, das heisst, wenn man mitten in der Nacht auf die Toilette geht, gibt es Licht im Zimmer. Das ist tatsächlich sehr mühsam.

Wonderful stay with friendly and welcoming front desk staff
Pros:

First and foremost, we were met with the friendliest front desk person after a very long day of travel - this makes such a difference and everything was perfect anyway but even if it hadn't been I think I'd still be inclined to give a high review. The morning desk person was super friendly and kind as well. Room was clean, very, very quiet (esp given the amazing location in the middle of it all...), comfortable, etc. This is a very sweet hotel and it's clear a lot of care and thought has been put into everything. A wonderful value too! PS Lucerne earns its reputation as one of the world's most beautiful cities. It's stunning. Visit there.

Cons:

Shower head was mounted on the low side (I'm 5'10" tall) but that was a teeny tiny thing that would absolutely not keep me from staying again (and pressure, temperature, etc were just great).
