Pros:

El personal del hotel muy amable, está muy céntrico, no se oye ruido, tienen una zona de spa. Pese a no tener servicio de restauración tiene restaurantes y cafetería muy cerca.

Cons:

No tiene parking propio, es uno privado muy cerca del hotel, pero es muy caro, 25 a 35 CHF dia

- Close to city center
- Early check in waa permitted
- Very helpful receptionists

Cons:

- Floor was creaking when you walked over it. Minor issue but sometimea you wonder if the tenants below our room here it as well.
- You can hear audibly the voices of the people in the other room. Also when they use the shower & toilets.
- Shower drain is a bit clogged. Water takes a bit of time to go down. Use a declogging solution to fix this.

Had a fabulous time. We hope to come back sometime.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, nice sauna, pool and jacuzzi. Beds were super cozy. Toby and Sandie were amazing hosts. Great location. Everywhere is walkable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, brilliant staff. Would highly recommend.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful!
We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna.
The location was great.
Good family room for 5.
