Pros:

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. We were welcome by a very charming lady who made us feel so home in Switzerland. The room was very spacious, light, clean and equipped with everything we need. Sadly we did not have enough time to use their spa zone but I believe it would be nice as well.

The hotel has a great location: 10 mins from the bus station and 5 mins walking distance from the main landmarks of the city.

When we checked out we needed to leave our bags in the hotel and the girl on the reception was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave it there. Her name was Icetea and I would really want to say a huge THANK YOU to the whole staff of the hotel.

I can totally recommend staying there if you are in Lucern.

Reasonable price high-quality
Pros:

It was clean, located in the city centre it’s very easy to get to the train station. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. We were offered the traffic day pass even is walkable to everywhere～

Central and lovely hotel, would recommend the hotel for visiting Lucerne.
Pros:

The facilities and staff were lovely. It was great to have a pool and sauna as part of a city hotel.

Cons:

Nothing big, it was great. Only niggle was the one pillow ( but I could have asked for another as the staff were so helpful).

Definitely recommended, amazing place 🧡❤️♥️
Pros:

Everything, very spacious, in the centre of town and had pool and sauna as well as free coffee and tea.
