Good location for transit from ferry
Pros:

Stayed here on arrival at 2am and also on departure from Tablas. Great location for ferry port. Room with a private bathroom is ok but 1 if 4 around a communal kitchen, sitting area. Could be a noisy evening if you get a big group in.

Toilet clogged had to go buy a plunger to unclog because they wouldn’t, several times there was no water, did not clean room or supply fresh towels , had to get a broom just to sweep floor , had to ask for fresh towels,

Excellent location Mmm
Pros:

I like the location to what I needed to get done. It's close to the port and the " tabing. dagat" was the utmost surprise. At low tide, you can walk on fine sandy beach.

Cons:

Has a band every night till midnight and then loud partying continues until @ 2am. This is not a good place to stay if you want to get a little sleep. Not a place for senior citizens. I was booked for 3 nights and canceled after first night. We upgraded the room for 1200 pesos for complete stay. Hotel and Booking.com would not give refund for 2 days cancellation. Another thing most of the people who we’re partying weren’t guests of Hotel

It’s a SCAM!
Pros:

That we had a bad.

Cons:

Shower = 1 bucket + 1 Cup
Toilet doesn’t worked.
We didn’t got our ordered rooms.
They charged us extra 2600 Pesos for having separate toilets. Even thought we ordered it.
No breakfast included. There is simply no.
Even thought we booked it.
