Budget friendly
Pros:

I wanted a comfortable stay for my in-laws which could also meet my budget too. John's solitude perfectly matched what I wished for. The rooms were super nice and spacious. They set the whole apartment as clean and beautiful. Really a recommendable stay.

A wonderful wam stay
Pros:

Varsha is the warmest host and could have become a real friend !
She turned his father’s clinic into this hotel with vast rooms and a great rooftop.
Her kindness and generosity with us and our baby daughter made our stay really special.

Cons:

Only thing is you can not make tourism without a car from there

Pros:

Property was very near & well maintained...staff support was very good.

Cons:

Food options were limited for this price range, need to add more items to morning break fast & serve coffee / tea as needed ...you can charge if you want...rather than making your customers search for tea shops outside.
You can also have some deals with local tourist agencies for any sight seeing packages that you can recommend for your customers based on their preference.

A dream stay in the dreamy Munnar hills!
Pros:

It's the epitome of what a bed and breakfast should be! In fact it's more than that - a perfect blend of a comfy hotel and a homely atmosphere. The manager Mr Vinod and his team are exceptional in their service. The best part is that the owner, Mrs. Varsha is so warm and wlcoming that we think we found a friend whom we can visit again and again..

Cons:

It's a new property and the staff are new too. We felt the food can improve but it's just a suggestion, we had satisfactory meals.

Nice Place to stay with Family
Pros:

Hospitality is very good. Nice place to stay away from traffic and explore new places without crowd. My kids are enjoyed lot. They were helpfull all u r needs. Wonderful place for family
