The stay was not comfortable or clean, and overall it was not worth the money. I was quite disappoin

staff were nice and accomodating

Cons:

The pillows and bed were very hard, which left me with a stiff neck and sore body. The washroom was not clean and didn’t seem to be properly deep cleaned. The shower was also not working properly. Additionally, the executive suites pool did not appear to be regularly maintained or clean.

WHEN I REQUEST FOR A BLOWER I WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES, THE SHOWER GLASS WAS SO DIRTY also the towels. RESTAURANT IS SO SLOW WHEN WE HAD OUR BREAKFAST!!!

Cons:

Kind a expensive for a hotel price that doesn't have hot shower. No Foot Rag and hand towel.

Disappointing
Pros:

Just the location

Cons:

It was clear that the hotel needs better upkeep. We noticed leaks and trash in some of the common bathrooms, and the guest bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The bathroom in our room also felt worn out and poorly maintained, which was disappointing and took away from what could have been a comfortable stay.

Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, centrally located in Batangas City. Breakfast is slightly higher than average but not many choices available. Value for money.

Pros:

just the location, its close to my mum’s house

Cons:

it smells, bathrooms are dirty and very poorly maintained, we had dinner at the hotel, the food was served cold, even if there was only a couple of tables at the restaurant, went and told the GM, i got excuses, he offered to write off our bill, i refused, i said something not because i want a free meal, we are never going back if we can help it, its a shame how they dont seem to level up their game, i am a local, grew up just around the corner from there
