No elevator. Third floor
Pros:

The pool and restaurant are nice

Cons:

This is the first time I stayed in the main building of this property. I'll include photos so you can decide yourselves if it's what you're looking for

In summary I would say it was very clean and enjoyable.
Pros:

The restaurant was really nice, the pools were amazing , the housekeeping staff were great and attentive.They had a ATM on site.

Cons:

The pool bar was open only 1 day we were there. Very disappointed. Its only open on weekends.

The stay was not comfortable or clean, and overall it was not worth the money. I was quite disappoin

staff were nice and accomodating

Cons:

The pillows and bed were very hard, which left me with a stiff neck and sore body. The washroom was not clean and didn’t seem to be properly deep cleaned. The shower was also not working properly. Additionally, the executive suites pool did not appear to be regularly maintained or clean.

WHEN I REQUEST FOR A BLOWER I WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES, THE SHOWER GLASS WAS SO DIRTY also the towels. RESTAURANT IS SO SLOW WHEN WE HAD OUR BREAKFAST!!!

The room was old and not well maintained: dusty curtains, dirty window, moldy bathroom, weak aircon.

Cons:

Kind a expensive for a hotel price that doesn't have hot shower. No Foot Rag and hand towel.

Disappointing
Pros:

Just the location

Cons:

It was clear that the hotel needs better upkeep. We noticed leaks and trash in some of the common bathrooms, and the guest bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The bathroom in our room also felt worn out and poorly maintained, which was disappointing and took away from what could have been a comfortable stay.
