Pros:

Amplasamentul OK, fata de zona de interes. Aproape de restaurante bune.

Așternuturile ok.. patul la fel.

Cons:

N-a fost foarte curat pe jos.. și am avut ceva gândaci prin cameră.
Dacă mergi vara și prinzi căldură mare, atenție: nu este clima. Noi am făcut și saună în cameră 😁
Prețul deloc mic.. pentru o cameră modestă fără climă.

Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet!
Es befindet sich in einem Gewerbegebiet mit freien Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür!
Sehr empfehlenswert wert, bei Business Terminen direkt in der Umgebung,

Cons:

Der große Flatscreen hat den WLan Access nicht zugelassen

Pros:

Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Die Wärme im Zimmer war unerträglich und kaum auszuhalten. Am Nachmittag gab es leider auch nur eiskaltes Wasser in der Dusche

Pros:

Den Zustand der Unterkunft, die Lage, den Zugang, die Ausstattung und alle weiteren Aspekte kann ich als ausgezeichnet bewerten.
Die Informationen und Unterstützung durch das Personal waren stets rechtzeitig und zuverlässig. Es gab keinerlei Schwierigkeiten während meines Aufenthalts.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank arbeitet recht laut und kann die Ruhe etwas beeinträchtigen. Außerdem hat mich überrascht, dass im Badezimmer keine Seife vorhanden war.
Diese Punkte halte ich jedoch nicht für wesentlich. Sie lassen sich sehr schnell und unkompliziert beheben.

Sehr ruhig, trotz Lage im Gewerbegebiet.

Pros:

Posizione molto vicino alla fiera (5-6km) e raggiungibile quindi in 10 min.
Camera pulita e moderna.

Cons:

Siamo in una zona industriale in mezzo ad aziende. Nessun ristorante o altro nelle immediate vicinanze.
Non lo sceglierei per una vacanza a Monaco. Per un viaggio di lavoro e necessità di andare in fiera e’ perfetto.

Recomendo.
Pros:

Espaço muito limpo e de relativo fácil acesso de ônibus ou trem. Tem aquecedores também. Devido à greve da Lufthansa, tive que aumentar meus dias em Munique e eles foram flexíveis com minha reserva.

Cons:

Foi tudo bom.
