最高！また来ます。
Pros:

温泉がとても気持ちよく、永遠に浸かっていられるお湯質でした。
とても静かな立地で、部屋風呂を朝晩通して楽しめました。

大正から続く建物の説明をしてくださり、とても貴重な体験ができました。

フロントの近くには、お庭を見ながら足湯に浸かれる休憩スペースがあり、タオルなども丁寧に用意されていました。
ここで友達と足湯したり、ひとりで読書したりできたら楽しそう。

スタッフの方が皆さん優しくて、また来たいなと思いました。

Pros:

非常新的飯店, 飯店還有檜木香, 整個設計就是日本高級住宅, 一樓是客廳, 二樓是衛浴設備及臥室, 戶外的溫泉也在二樓陽台, 整個設計高貴又有古建築的感覺
距離武雄溫泉又近, 非常值得

Cons:

整體設計就是高級住宅 而非飯店, 所以很多設計就不適合旅遊, 例如行李箱放在一樓, 你必須拿衣服到二樓, 洗臉盆太高級, 所以設計非常小, 你如果水開太大會濺的到處都是, 而且打掃人員非常難打掃, 你必須當作自己的家, 才有可能花長的時間打掃
所以服務人員很少, 如果你沒有預約晚餐, 可能旅館只會剩下你而已
如果想嘗試古建築, 雖然這是以古建築蓋的新建築, 至少在附近的旅館中, 古建築設計有戶外溫泉的很少
此外, 戶外溫泉及浴室至少要設計有窗簾, 雖然對面是山, 對於旅客來說有點隱私問題

お気遣いのある旅館でしたしとっても楽しかった！　部屋ひろ！って感じでした。
Pros:

・お部屋が予想していたより広くてとても嬉しかった。
・私たち以外泊まってなくて全部貸切状態だった。
・スタッフの皆さんがいい人たちだった
・サウナがある外庭が素敵
・お部屋に露天風呂がついていたのも嬉しい
・大正やアンティーク家具が好きなのでとても堪能できた
・雪の日にいけたので朝の雪景色がとても素敵でした

Cons:

・バスタオルをかけられるフックやタオル掛けがなかった
・ご飯が朝も夜も炊き立てではなかった
・エアコンが夜は使えないのか？寒かった
・お部屋の露天風呂がずっとお湯が流れてるわけではないので、すぐに入れないのは部屋付き露天風呂としては残念すぎた
・一階のお部屋のお布団が、シーツなど用意がなかった

unpleasant experience
Pros:

We chose the property because we wanted to stay at the historic site and experience its unique architecture. However: The property was unable to accommodate us because of a major defect in their Onsen water which had brown clouded spring water. Instead of refunding us, they moved us to a lower quality hotel. This was not a good experience—especially as a way to spend Christmas—and a lot of trust was broken.

Cons:

I can only review based on the stay that actually took place. The Hana no Shizuku hotel was very old and the room was dirty and table and floor had stains from prior guests. The textiles were old and uncomfortable and the public bath was not divided by men and women, meaning one had to wear bathing suits. The hotel people asked us for our bank account number in order to refund some money, which we provided, but to date, this did not happen. We are really disappointed. The very LEAST the hotel could have done is COMMUNICATE. moreover, we wrote to them in Japanese several times only to be ignored.

Pros:

This place is a big scam beware please the room was freezing, food inedible, kitchen was not clean. We checked out after the 1st night and are requesting a refund. Do not stay here this will ruin your trip to Japan :-(

一泊兩食整體可給予75分，早餐既體驗確是打了一個折扣，住宿真的很好，有機會一定再來！

1.check in 後職員會帶領遊覽旅館，並詳細介紹旅館設施
2.旅館充滿和式味道
3.房間的半露天風呂獨特
4.晚饍豐富

Cons:

1.饍食位置在早餐時出現蟑螂
2.早餐時服務員一次過將所有食物擺出，未有依先後次序

Il posto più bello dove sono stata in questo viaggio.
Pros:

Il posto é magnifico. La casa principale é antica e molto bella. Le camere sono in realtà delle piccole suite con ogni comfort. Il bagno all’aperto è magnifico.

To eat the best, for the rest you find easy better places
Pros:

The mix between old original and classic modern unfortunately only in the main house

The cook was very good and the food was excellent, very thoroughly prepared and arranged, absolutely high class which has helped a lot to balance the stay

Cons:

The rooms were old locking but at the end it looked modern No internet working
The rooms were not cleaned every day and no one came and looked after the bed , towels and empty the waste basket
