Location is good
No hot water to take bath in the morning
Room was not hygienic..bathroom was smelling bad. There was not window in the bathroom or the rack to keep the clothes
Location is good. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.
Its not a resort, just a hotel with good accommodation. No good restaurants near by for lunch and dinner.
Premises is cleanly maintained. Staff is friendly and guided all the sightseeing places patiently.
You see BAR the moment you enter the premises. We were disappointed to see as the listing doesn't mention it. We keep seeing outsiders also in the drunken state going out.
They give only soaps. Take shampoo and others along with you.

When we arrived, we were asked to pay extra over and above the total price. When asked why, we were told that we must pay commission to booking.com! The manager was nowhere to be found and spoke to us over the phone. He insisted that we pay the commission, but we refused to do so.
The receptionist showed us into rooms with filthy bedsheets, dirty bathroom with a toilet seat full of urine stains and black brackish water.
The eager to please receptionist quickly went and got clean bed linens and got the rooms cleaned up.
The next morning there was nothing arranged for the included breakfast.
Upon asking around we were shown into a filthy restaurant that hadn't been cleaned up after the evening before. There were bottles and food crumbs , toothpicks, grease on the tables, chairs and floors. The sideboard had dirty rags on them.We made the serving staff ( 1 man ) clean up the table before we could sit.Nothing was available except one 1 item and tea and coffee were served in filthy cups without saucers. The property is beautiful with a lot of greenery and a good location. The few staff members are ready to work and please the guest, but due to total lack of management, they don't know what is to be done. Such a shame.

One of the best stay near kalasa , sringeri, baalehonnur. I stayed one night. Staff's are very friendly and they treat like family. Food was good and very hygienic. Location was best and it's give a homely feel. Totally Navarathna is amazing 😍. Thank you 😊.
