Room was clean.
Shower was in working condition with good hot water

Cons:

Booked family room for 3 members, but the room was too small in triangular shape. Only one double bed and a small space which just fitted single mattress leaving no space to move. No wardrobe in the room. Bathroom was also in triangular shape. There were no restaurants around for breakfast or lunch/dinner.

Not worth the money because I paid for double deluxe room and a bigger room. The room was clean.
Pros:

Room was clean and checkout at 1 pm was allowed as I asked because I had to work, the only good part.

Cons:

I paid for a double deluxe room but I got a room so small that I felt claustrophobic inside.

Pros:

Booked this hotel through a reference as my colleague stays here regularly and it is worth it
Nice clean rooms we'll built with all required amenities in the room. Location is quite suitable as well one can get the autorickshaws just outside the hotel

The facilities in the rooms are very good.
The price was okay too for those facilities.

Cons:

The reception staff was too casual. They don't care about you. No towels in the room. No water in the room for drinking. Well you will get all those things but you need to ask for it even for soap. They make arguments when you complaint and busy on the phone. Cleaning is also an issue specially in bathroom. You can easily spot dirty bucket and diry strains of soap on the wall and back side of bathroom door when you close it. I feel owner should pay some attention on it otherwise AC works fantastic TV is Good Fridge is excellent and geyser works fantastic,water pressure is also very good..

Perfect stay its a new hotel
Took us 5 mins to reach the hotel from station
The fountains at the lake nearby are beautiful to see in the evening

Pretty decent stay with them
Rooms were clean with fresh bedsheets and towels changed everyday. In room refrigerator are a good add on. Location of the hotel was very suitable as the rock garden Capitol Complex Sukhna lake are easily accessible through walk
Good option if you are finding near the lake and railway station
