Keep an eye on:

Aparthotel Dénia does not have a reception. But this does not mean that you cannot count on us. When you book you will be sent an emergency number that you can reach 24/7 if a problem arises. We are always there for you. Instead of a reception, we work with a QR code that is sent to you. One week before the check-in date you will receive an email from us with all the necessary information including a link. With this link you can download an app where you can obtain the QR code. With this you can enter the hotel, your apartment, the elevator, laundry room and luggage room. This QR code remains valid from your scheduled check-in time until half an hour after check-out time.

Aparthotel Dénia uses its own cleaning policy adapted to the length of your stay. So this is included in the price. Cleaning short stays: -For stays less than or equal to 7 nights, no cleaning is provided. For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide one cleaning per week, including the replacement of bed linen and towels.

Cleaning long stays: - Aparthotel Dénia provides one cleaning per week. In addition, the bed linen and towels are replaced.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Heerlijke plek in de buurt van Gent
Pros:

Het ruime appartement was een fijne plek om thuis te komen.
Er waren veel faciliteiten beschikbaar; oven, vaatwasser, föhn en airco. Tevens een mooie ruime badkamer en bakker met ontbijtmogelijkheid op de hoek.
Een heerlijk verblijf!

Het kleine balkon.

- bequeme Couch und bequemes Bett
- große Küchenzeile
- viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung
- E-Ladesäulen direkt am Gebäude
- großes Bad
-viele Smart Home Einstellungen möglich

Cons:

- leider sehr hellhörig
- Zimmerschlüssel nur in einer App, der ab 8 Uhr am Abreisetag bereits deaktiviert wird (wobei der Check Out bis 10 Uhr ist)

Poor sleep experience but apartment spacious
Pros:

Spacious, modern apartment with a very comfortable sofa and an excellent shower

Cons:

Awful curtains, so not dark at night. Lights on the ceiling that flash constantly. Overly complicated check in process that failed completely for me. Bedroom too warm and AC only really covers the lounge area. By leaving the door open you get more light coming into the bedroom. Quality of cutlery poor. No kettle to boil water

Die Wohnung könnte auch Denial in Anlehnung an genial heißen.
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist in einer neuen Anlage, die sehr gepflegt ist. Der Zugang per App und die Steuerung von Licht Lüftung und Rollos ist schnell gelernt und komfortabel. Es gab Spühlmaschinen Tabs und alles andere, was man so braucht, auch einen Wasserkocher. Ebenso war Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung in der Dusche!
Viele Handtücher zur Verfügung...

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Städtereisen in ganz Belgien... Alles wichtige ist in einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreichbar. Tipps für Ausflüge gibt's direkt am Fahrstuhl.

Bestimmt nicht meine letzte Buchung dort!

Cons:

Bei der Ausstattung fehlt vlt. eine normale Kaffeemaschine, wenn man das gewohnt ist oder mehrere Kaffeetrinker hierher reisen. Die vorhandene Nespresso Maschine ist aber sehr gut und es waren sogar Lavazza!!! Kapseln vorhanden.

Je nach Verkehrslage hört man die Straße. Ist man ein wenig Lärm gewohnt oder hat man einen guten Schlaf, fällt das kaum ins Gericht. Die Scheiben isolieren sonst sehr gut.

Die Dauerbelüftung im Wohnzimmer beginnt 8:00 Uhr und hört 22:30 Uhr auf. Das kann ein wenig nerven, aber wenn Musik oder TV laufen, bekommt man nichts davon mit.

APARTAMENTO AMPLIO, CÓMODO Y BIEN EQUIPADO.
Pros:

El apartamento es nuevo, moderno, amplio y estaba muy limpio.
Las tres habitaciones son bastante grandes y el espacio comedor-salón-cocina es muy diáfano. Tiene dos baños con ducha bastante grandes. Nos resultó un apartamento muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Volvería a hospedarne allí.
La ubicación es buena, porque tiene fácil acceso y párquing propio. Está, en coche, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados.

Veel ruimte, nog vrij recent en proper

Cons:

Geen ontbijt beschikbaar: bij het boeken van de accommodatie had ik de vraag nog gesteld of ik het ontbijt diende te reserveren, toen kreeg ik de melding dat dit niet nodig was. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat reservatie wel nodig was om bij de nabijgelegen bakker een ontbijtpakket af te halen. Dus helaas konden we bij de bakker niet terecht voor een ontbijtpakket.

Netjes, schoon en zeer ruim appartement
Pros:

Appartement was zeer ruim, bedden waren goed, het was schoon en genoeg schone goede handdoeken.
Ook nog mooi dakterras waar je via de schuifpui zo naar toe kan.

Cons:

Er stond vermeld dat er een koffiezetapparaat was en hadden daarom filters en koffie meegenomen, maar dit bleek een cupjesapparaat te zijn.
Daar lagen er 4 van, maar daarna konden we geen koffie meer zetten want winkels in de buurt waren dicht ivm Pasen.

Un apartamento perfecto.
Diseño, comodidades, buena cama, luz natural a raudales, y muy confortable, increible y enorme terraza. En resumen de lo mejor, que hayamos estado, que no es poco.

Sehr schönes Apartment, bequeme Betten, sehe sauber, eine gut ausgestattetet Küche. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Gent ist gut zu erreichen von L. Lochristi.
