Well...
Pros:

Personal parking spot under room. Anonymity (if you need it) and English-speaking staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

If you don't know Spanish, you will be a little lost upon arrival. Once you're in the garage, you need to stop at the entrance and call the reception by pressing the button. They will tell you the number of your garage+room, then you park and go to your room up the stairs. Parking space is quite narrow for a modern car.
The room was very very cold and humid. We found a hair on the bed, and overall cleanliness of the room was very poor (some stains on the sheets, etc). There was no trash can (only a small one in the bathroom), no coffee table (would be nice to have). In the bathroom there was no place to hang wet towels to let them dry. The antislippery surface in the shower was damaged, so half of the shower was really slippery. The worst part was that there was really cold and humid (our clothes and even bags were wet in the morning). If you want to stop by for a couple of hours, it's fine, but to have a rest after a long ride...not that good. We also noticed a funny but creepy plastic chair standing outside with a fine few on motel windows. Uhm. Yes. Ok. That's it.

No hubo ruidos

Cons:

La cama incómoda , las sábanas no muy limpias, habían pelos , la habitación grande pero anticuada y solo podías acceder a través de garage donde dejabas el coche individualmente, pero si salías de la habitación,siempre a través del garage, tenías q avisar a la dueña para q te abriera, era un poco raro.

Superb
Pros:

Every room has its own closed garage beneath with direct access to the room. The owner was very nice and helpful. There is an excellent cafe right across the street and two supermarkets in walking distance.

Cons:

You can leave the room only through the garage and have to ring the bell to get back inside.
