Love the staff
Pros:

The staff is what sells this place - very courteous and willing to help at every time. The AC in the room works perfectly and hot water runs in the bathroom.

Cons:

The elevator was not working so it deterred me from going to the restaurant. The towels were not too good and the wash basin was broken. There was no teacup in the room, you need to request for it everytime and I had to pay for breakfast...not exciting at all

In all we had great stay, nice friendly and helpful staff.

Not too bad but it needs improvement .
Pros:

The breakfast is very limited and average. Staff from the restaurant need to be trained.
Restaurant food quality must be improved.
The front desk staff is friendly. Napoleon is one of the best Receptionists.

It's manageable for work porpose only.
Pros:

Hotel airport pick-up and drop facility is good, Breakfast also good, overall infrastructure is okay, Wifi service quite good. I met manager last day, felt that he very nice and gentle. Hotel staff behavior is good.

Cons:

Lift was not working, Infront of hotel, water stuck badly, inside room cleaner was not cleaning properly, and he took my plastic container, having three small box inside, without my permission. Rental car service is not available at all. not having proper toilteries.
