Pobyt w tym hotelu był absolutnie wyjątkowy i z czystym sumieniem mogę go polecić każdemu! Już od momentu przyjazdu widać ogromne zaangażowanie całego personelu – obsługa jest nie tylko profesjonalna, ale też niezwykle serdeczna i pomocna.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje fakt, że podczas mojego pobytu obchodziłem urodziny. Ku mojemu ogromnemu zaskoczeniu, hotelowa obsługa zorganizowała dla mnie ten dzień w naprawdę wyjątkowy sposób – zadbali o każdy detal, tworząc niesamowitą atmosferę. Dodatkowo otrzymałem miły upominek, który był pięknym gestem i sprawił, że poczułem się naprawdę doceniony jako gość.

Great location
Pros:

Great location near bars, restaurants, sea front, shops, bus stops. Good size double room with balcony, clean, welcome pack of fruit, wine, water, tea/coffee making facilities with kettle and fridge, daily maid service. Staff all very friendly as well as lovely adjoining restaurant for lunch/evening meals. Lots of places to sit and chill.

Cons:

Air con not working, low shower pressure on 2nd floor. Lots of steps/different levels (which we knew before booking so not an issue) - ask for room in main building as small lift available.
