Всё буквально сияет, и это создаёт ощущение уюта и заботы на каждом шагу.Отдельно хочу отметить бассейн — это, без преувеличения, один из лучших бассейнов, которые мне когда-либо встречались в отелях по всему миру. Идеальная чистота, комфорт и атмосфера — хочется проводить там всё время.Персонал заслуживает отдельной благодарности 🙏 На ресепшене работают очень внимательные и отзывчивые люди, которые искренне стараются помочь. Видно, что здесь ценят гостей: любые пожелания учитываются моментально, всегда идут навстречу и находят решения.У нас был ранний выезд — и это было просто удивительно: уже в 7 утра нас ждал полноценный горячий завтрак! Всё свежее, вкусное, горячие блюда — чувствуется забота до мелочей. Более того, нам без проблем организовали ранний заезд совершенно бесплатно — такой уровень сервиса встречается очень редко.Цены при этом более чем приятные, особенно учитывая качество сервиса.Этот отель — пример того, как должно выглядеть настоящее гостеприимство. Сюда хочется возвращаться и обязательно рекомендовать всем 💫

The Wi-Fi was terrible. The breakfast was awful; you had to order your own food, and it wasn't tasty. The room smelled of renovations, which gave me a headache. The room was extremely small.

Excellent stay and great home base for exploring Samarkand
Pros:

The property felt like a new build and the room was very clean and well appointed. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The location was a bit far from major tourist sites. However, the local taxi service app is extremely affordable and it made getting around town very easy.

Pros:

The hotel was generally very good and looked brand new. Everything was exceptionally clean with very good service. However, the highlight of the hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The area around the hotel wasn't very walkable and was quite dark at night without nearby shops for daily needs, even though it is not far from city attractions by taxi.
