Pros:

Хочу выразить благодарность сотрудникам за внимательность, отзывчивость, доброжелательность. На любую просьбу реагируют быстро, что очень важно. Чистая , новая , красивая гостиница. Местоположение не в центре, но буквально в 10 минутах мавзолей Шахи Зинда и Сиабский базар. Завтраки в гостинице вкусные. Зона спа работает до ночи, что очень приятно, после экскурсий и целого дня на ногах, можно поплавать в бассейне и расслабиться. Обратный рейс был поздней ночью, нам разрешили посидеть в холле и посмотреть телевизор. Советую!

L’emplacement est top près de la Nécropole Shah-i-Zinda (17min) pour les plus courageux, le Registan, le bazar siyob et la mosquée bibi khanym (30min)

Cons:

Une climatisation pas performante, une couette trop petite, une douche dont l’eau stagne sous les pieds …
Pour le prix, je m’attendais à bien mieux

A wonderful stay made truly memorable by the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff.
Pros:

Everything was great, but I would especially like to highlight the staff. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and kind throughout my stay. Comfortable, clean and friendly hotel
Pros:

Spotless clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was alw us keen to help. A large variety of local food and international options at breakfast along with seasonal fruit.

Cons:

There was a technical issue in my room on second floor and the power was cut off almost very night, after midnight. Usually it was resolved within minutes, but one night they could not fix it and I was offered to move to another room or at least sleep there through the night. Internet Sas also deak, but it happens in the region.
Also the hotel is a bit far from the city center so you need a taxi- which on the other hand is extremely cheap. On the other hand it is a convenient location to commute to the Silk Road Convention Center.
