A fabulous stay
Pros:

My bedroom was a dream....the wee lamb room
Spotless, comfortable, and beautiful decor

Cons:

There is only a small cosy bar - which is lovely - but it would be nice to have another few chairs or couches in the communal reception area for other guests. ....this is not a complaint just an observation

We will deffinitely recommend this to everyone we know visiting the area.
Pros:

This hotel totally exceeds any expectation we had, we went on to stay in a 5star resort which was nothing compared to Abbotford for professionalism and we returned to spend our final night at Abbotsford our experience was so good. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We were at the hotel for a wedding and it was lovely laid out.
Pros:

The property itself was lovely.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The room was nice, but quite small.
Only room for one chair.
Had to work from cases on the floor.
No drawers.
No actual wardrobe to hang clothes, there was only a cupboard in the bathroom or a hook on the back of the main door to hang outfits on.
No room in the bathroom to lay toiletries etc.
The pillows were high and solid. I resorted to sleeping with a bath towel inside a pillow slip.

Couldn’t recommend more.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, especially the young girls at the front desk that checked us in and showed us to our room, and the rooms are nothing short of gorgeous. We were accommodated so well, definitely will be back!

Had a great weekend.
Pros:

The location was perfect, plenty of parking and near the beach. There was also a large park and golf club nearby. Nice if you wanted a walk or jog. The accommodation food and staff were great.

Pros:

Breakfast was lovely as was the location near the beach. Coffee could be a little better but that is probably me being fussy. Service was lovely.

Cons:

The only thing which could have been improved was a long walk with heavy bags from the railway station. We rang the hotel from our train asking if there was a complimentary shuttle and were advised there were taxis outside the station. The exit we left from had no taxis and we didn’t see any en route. A phone number of a local firm would have been appreciated. This was arranged by the hotel for our return leg to the station and was very helpful and appreciated.

Probably as it was an extremely warm weekend, the heat in room from the kitchen did not help.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good and plenty of choice apart from Continental range. Bedroom was well appointed and also liked the size of Bathroom. Did love the Colour Scheme of Bedroom which is suitable for Seaside Location.

Cons:

The Menu in Evening , felt it was limited and not up to the Standard of Hotel. Also I chose Smoked Salmon Focaccia which had too much dressing on it. I did mention this to Waitress and all she said was she would inform the Chef.
Far too many Quilts on the Bed for this time of year, especially that Weekend. As I mentioned before loved the room but did not like the smell of cooking coming up!!
