Pros:

Loved their Beds and Pillows... So comfortable and in room they have added two beds. So for 2 adults and 2 kids was sufficient. They have limited menu and all were so delicious. The staffs are very helpful and when we reached early even though the restaurant was not yet opened, they specially prepared the curd rice for our baby and let us use the restaurant area, which is really appreciative. The bathroom and rooms were clean. We will here come again.

Cons:

There aren't any good restaurant or convenience store in the walkable distance. For the 24/7 menu would be great if they could add more options. And the Restaurant opening hours can be extended as most of the people who stays there are tourists and will be returning to rooms later than the lunch time therefore could miss the lunch menu. The hotel never allows outside food too.

Ok but not worth the price.
Pros:

Location is good. Hygiene is well maintained.

Cons:

Food was overly priced. For example, coffee costed 99 rupees and uthappam about 150 rupees - not justified for the ambience and quality of the hotel.. To top it off, they will add service charge along with gst on the service charge without asking. Taste is fine but prices are not justified. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was limited.

Stay is very comfort except bathroom.

We used the room sparcely as we had business meetings outside & were temple hopping. We slept well.
Pros:

I didn't eat in your restaurant.

Cons:

Since I missed both breakfasts on my 2 days' of stay, I requested from Guru temple, to provide lunch freely on 11th when I left. They said it won't be ready by 10.45 when I returned from temple. They said that they can provide bread toast & coffee which will be charged. I felt that charges of Rs.295/- for 2 cups of milk I had room served on 9-6-26 is very high & did not have the toast & bread which I felt will be charged heavily. I vacated by 11 a.m. on 11-6-26.

Beds were very comfortable.
The family room elite room was very spacious for 4 adults.
Food was good and tasty

Cons:

There could have been more items added in the menu.
If we are staying there for 2 to 3 days, there is repetition of the same items every day.
It was observed that the supporting staff used the same piece of cloth for wiping the toilets and for cleaning the rooms.
The cleaning staff needs to be told to clean the toilets with different cloth and the rooms to be wiped with different cloth.
It was quite disgusting to see this when he was cleaning the room.

Excellent stay. Strongly recommended
Pros:

Excellent breakfast spread. Ideal for a temple visit.. nutritious but not very heavy. The chef , Satish was very receptive to our needs and was ably served by the restaurant team of Prabha and the others.. all in all a wonderful experience
