Good behavior of staff.
our car was kept at the hotel parking area. Today (14-1-23) in the morning we saw our car roof was damaged by solid brick thrown from the top of the hotel roof which cause a damage to the car roof & also a huge monitory loss to us. Hotel authority refused to take any responsibility of the whole incident. They only told that this type of incident may happen in the hotel premises. This has been a horrible experience to us. We have booked this hotel though Booking.com. The room which was provided to us was also a bad experience.. Geiser, AC was not working. Glass of bathroom window was broken. Service & Staff behavior was also bad. Overall a very bad hotel experience to us. Very worst experience.

Nothing worth liking there, not food, not cleanliness, not service, not location... precisely 'Nothing'... Sorry couldn't recommend it to any one. It is ironical that SBI has tied up with them for long... Wasteful expenditure of 'Staff Welfare'....
Nice hospitality
The staff is very accurate and cooperative.
Location is nice. Rooms are very nice with all the facilities. Staffs are also well behaved.
Restaurant should have better menu options. As the location is not near to any market places, the guests have to take meals from the hotel (dinner mainly).
We went this weekend..very good services and their stuff is very good..very nice atmosphere.
It would have been better if the toilet was a little cleaner
