Pros:

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto soggiornare nell'appartamento scelto a causa di un guasto. La proprietà ci ha segnalato tempestivamente il problema, ci ha offerto una soluzione sostitutiva e un rimborso parziale.
Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento nel seminterrato che è appena stato completamente ristrutturato con grande gusto. Di giuste dimensioni per 5 persone, ha un bagno piccolino ma non minuscolo come altri visto a Londra. La cucina è completa e funzionale (l'abbiamo usata per cucinare tutte le sere). Il riscaldamento funziona benissimo ed è regolabile. Per l'estate è da notare che questa soluzione non ha l'aria condizionata. Ci siamo trovati bene anche con la zona. Il supermercato è proprio attraversata la strada e ci sono tanti localini carini dove mangiare. Una stazione della metro a 10 min a piedi e quella della overground a 50 m. Si arriva in centro in 20 min. Per gli Harry Potter studios ne servono 40 circa.

Cons:

La casa è un po buia ma tornando solo di sera non è stato un grande problema. Per ovviare al problema della muffa hanno instsllato delle ventole in ogni stanza e sono parecchio rumorose (vanno lasciate accese per evitare l'umidità eccessiva).

Molto ben collegata.zona tranquilla ma ben servita. Host super veloce e attivo nel risolvere i problemi.
Appartamento dotato di tutto ciò che può servire in un viaggio. Supermercato di fronte e cucina attrezzata.

Pros:

Idéalement situé en face d’une station de métro permettant d’accéder à tout Londres et d’un supermarché, l’appartement dans son ensemble a répondu à nos attentes. Le quartier est calme.

Cons:

Le point négatif étant simplement un inventaire qui mériterait d’être actualisé (manque de couvert …). et l'isolation de la grande fenêtre ( nous y sommes allé début décembre) mais le chauffage compensait très bien.

Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Zudem ist die Wohnung für Londoner Verhältnisse ausreichend groß.
Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war der Straßenlärm sehr unauffällig.

Cons:

An heißen Tagen wurden die Schlafzimmer sehr heiß und bei offenem Fenster war der Straßenlärm zu laut zum Schlafen.

Do banheiro e o fato de ser subsolo. A sala é usada como opção para acomodar 2 pessoas e chegar no total de 6, porém tem vidros e a claridade entra logo.
