Pros:

Idéalement situé en face d’une station de métro permettant d’accéder à tout Londres et d’un supermarché, l’appartement dans son ensemble a répondu à nos attentes. Le quartier est calme.

Cons:

Le point négatif étant simplement un inventaire qui mériterait d’être actualisé (manque de couvert …). et l'isolation de la grande fenêtre ( nous y sommes allé début décembre) mais le chauffage compensait très bien.

L'emplacement était idéal: pas bruyant mais proche des commodités.

Cons:

Nous regrettons le fait que la chambre ne soit que très peu chauffée. Nous avons eu froid durant la nuit.

Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Zudem ist die Wohnung für Londoner Verhältnisse ausreichend groß.
Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war der Straßenlärm sehr unauffällig.

Cons:

An heißen Tagen wurden die Schlafzimmer sehr heiß und bei offenem Fenster war der Straßenlärm zu laut zum Schlafen.

Do banheiro e o fato de ser subsolo. A sala é usada como opção para acomodar 2 pessoas e chegar no total de 6, porém tem vidros e a claridade entra logo.

Ottima posizione, ambiente moldo caldo, ottimo prezzo, zona molto tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente

Cons:

Nota negativa non ci sono servizi di nessun tipo, non è possibile far lasciare i bagagli, gli adattatore messi a disposizione non funzionano, il bagno è molto piccolo senza finestra e presenta molta umidità al soffitto (muffa), non è possibile accedere alla chiostra direttamente dall'appartamento.

Die Küchenzeile. Kein Straßenlärm. Für englische Vethältnisse modern ausgestattet. Es war sauber.

Cons:

Das Beistellbett war durchgelegen. Unser erwachsene Sohn konnte kaum darin schlafen. Eine Zumutung.
Extrem hellhörig. Von oben wurde getrampelt und getreten, was das Zeug hielt. Es wurde geräumt und umgeräumt bis weit nach Mitternacht.

Pros:

Situation dans la ville très proche des transports (bus et overground), le quartier vivant avec des commerces,
Le logement agréable propre, bien tenu et bien équipé, qui a répondu à mes attentes.
Les gérants sont réactifs à nos questions et demandes.

Cons:

C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un mode d'emploi des équipements.
Pour ma part je n'ai pas été capable de mettre en service l'eau chaude sur le lavabo de la salle de bain et sur l'évier de la cuisine cuisine ni de mettre en route le microwaves.
La douche fonctionnant très bien et mon séjour étant très court, cela ne m'a pas trop gêné et je n'ai pas jugé utile de demander de l'aide.
