The location.
Everything in the unit is super dated. Sofa is dirty with some marks and black cover,the windows not even properly closed, you can hear the wind blowing. Curtains missing, kitchen counter was sticky. Omg, please update tge place before you renting it out to people! Will never go back.
No habia desayuno, pero la ubicación es muy centrica para visitar la ciudad y poder coger el ferry.
Las camas eran comodas y amplias. Habia aparcamiento lo cual es muy comodo para poder visitar la ciudad y nos permitieron el día de salida dejar unas horas el coche mientras la visitabamos. Fueron muy amables.
La habitación no tenia ventana , era un cristal que daba a un patio.

Safe,clean with a comfy warm bed, good shower.
The locations
No natural sunlight, cooler in the day, warm at night. Air con was good but very loud. Shower had no hot water on the last day for some reason.
The only good thing was the location.
Do not stay here. No windows and no natural light. The room had 2 "aircon" machines on the floor that could not cool the room. After a while they only pumped out heat which made the room about 30 degrees without anyway to get any fresh air. The extractor pipes from the units just radiated heat. It was so unbearable we had to leave with one night still booked. They would not refund this night even though the room was uninhabitable. The shared balcony area was filthy and sticky. This accommodation made our holiday to Wellington a horrible experience.
I made the mistake of assuming the Booking Com notification of arriving after 6pm was all that was required. In the avalanche of promotional emails I received later, I missed the one about notifying the Hotel Wellington directly about arriving after 5:30pm. After arrival I sent an email [& after no answer, left a phone message] to Hotel Wellington. Later I received an email from Hotel Wellington about late arrivals & lockboxes. I retrieved the key 223 from the lockbox, but it wouldn't work in the door. I rang the same no answer number as last time and was pleased to talk to a real person. She arrived on the 2nd floor and gave me a key to an alternative room.
The location and reception’s service is excellent as well as the kitchenette was equipped perfectly for one person
The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable - springs poking through, and the bathroom had an open grate that smelled when any water from the bathroom went through it
Car access, had to walk a fair bit from the closest parking to get the key fob when had we been advised of our park No then we could have driven directly there then down the lift to reception
Location is excellent, very central, and the rooms are clean and tidy
Rooms are quite small, and the balcony is not really useable despite being advertised as a feature
Bed very comfortable and great location
Air conditione not work well and room quite hot, the TV not sky channel
