Very basic, does the job
Pros:

Nice apartment with all the basics.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite dirty, the water pressure was very poor and the bed was very small for 2 people.

I like the location

Cons:

So many poops in front of the condotel. No reception. Small bathroom and floody. No materials for cleaning the room. No parking. The lady told us that the priority for the parking is the owner of the building. Maybe the client is not their priority anyway. We are already resting in the room when the lady knock there and told us to wait and remove our car on the parking because the owner is coming.

Was very dirty and tired. Left immediately.
Cons:

It was very dirty, without soap, toilet paper etc. Toilet was leaking and shower was in so sad condition. There was nobody at the reception either. Waited for some time to fiind the person in charge. Had to call around. After the room was given, I.did not stay there andI left the hotel. Needless to say there was nobody around to complain. Found myself another hotel instead at much better price and in beautiful condition. Of course I am still charged for the hotel that I did not stay. So stay away...

Pros:

The staff assisting us, his English was very good he was friendly and helpful. It was only me and my husband who were planning on staying. However, the kids had issues with flights, and he accommodated us so they could also stay

Great value for money
Pros:

Good location, close to two malls and main streets, friendly manager, spacious, working fridge and hot water, comfy bed

Cons:

Wifi could use some improvements but it was usable

Great homebase or temporary office in Palawan
Pros:

The place was great. Safe, clean, lots of room, good location (less than 10 minutes to the Capitol building, about 20 minutes to the Baywalk, 15 minutes walk to NCCC and less than 30 minutes to the SM Plaza)

The hosts were very kind and helpful. Super responsive and offered great advice about the area. They provided anything I needed for the apartment if asked.

Electricity costs and wifi are provided, but might be a good idea to get a portable wifi if you're doing online work (which is very affordable). Just message the owners in advance if you're operating as a mobile office and they'll help you get set up

Cons:

Many of the problems were out of their control like the regional power outages and weak telecom signals. The waterflow in the shower could be better, but it's not terrible. The wifi acceptable for streaming movies, but isn't the best if you're going to do a ton of online meetings.
