Very underwhelming experiance and expected so much more from the room.
Pros:

Like where it was situated nice and central

Cons:

Parking poor no discounted rate in nearby parking facilities. Signature room supposedly the best room was tired and in sore need of touching up. Set up of the room very poor aswell no plugs anywhere for my other to get herself ready hair make up etc pretty poor for £260 a night in the supposed best rooms.

Disappointing
Pros:

I liked the idea if the bathroom in the bedroom. The view was good.

Cons:

The bathroom hadnt been cleaned and we only realised late at night. Cleaners let themselves into our room before check out. Water temperature in the shower very temperamental. No one at the reception desk to speak to when we checked out

Pros:

Good location. Nice restaurant with great food

Cons:

Air con didn't work so the room was stuck at 25 degrees and the system just worked as a weak fan, led to a stifling night where I struggled to sleep at all. This is a known about issue(when I mentioned on check out. So why is it not fixed/ temporary units in the rooms.

not a typical malmasion standard but comfortable
Pros:

stayed here as limited choice in Dundee available

Cons:

I complained on my previous stay due to the noise from the event room all night and was promised a manager would get in touch but still no one has but other hotels were booked decided to risk it with it being midweek

Pros:

Lovely place in ideal location for what I needed
Pros:

The room was excellent, very clean and well laid out. The staff are all superb, and the food very good. Location could not be better.

Cons:

If I had to choose something then maybe the bed was a little hard, but that is being picky. It was still very good

Not what I woukdl expect from Malmaison - the Hotel is looking very "tired" and well worn.
Pros:

Food was OK - but nothing exciting & the rooms were very clean - but they should be.

Cons:

The room originally allocated was the size of a shoe box, very dark as the only window faced into the central air shaft for the building. Decor was very shabby & worn

I asked to be moved to a room with more light but then charged for the "upgrade" - without being told this was happening

I then didn't get a receipt emailed to me as expected.

Not impressed.

Saturday night in Dundee
Pros:

Really great location - very central and easy to get to.

Cons:

We were on the 6th floor so relied on the Lift to go up and down. Sadly when we were there only one lift was operating - the other was out-of-order.
