Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates include 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

No car parking on site. The nearest car parks are Yeoman Shore (across the street), Green Market (a 5 minute walk), Caird Hall and Discovery. Off street parking is free between 6pm and 8am daily.

Starting 1st March 2025 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

Pros:

Room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great bed and shower. Excellent hairdryer. Mini fridge with water, excellent coffee and tea options with fab biscuits and Ferrero Rocher. Spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Room service exceptionally good too. And to top it all great views and location AND my wee dog loved it! Highly recommend

Fantastic
Pros:

Very accesible, cosy and clean. Soft bed pillow and clean , I love they gave coffee and water on the fridge .just love my stay.

Excellent food good night sleep great staff
Pros:

Afternoon tea was excellent great choice just delicious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was one of the best I have had . Room was superb pillow and quilt were also excellent very comfortable sleep we will return. No parking at this hotel it was a bit pricey for parking near by but very secure

Pros:

I loved eveything about our stay 10/10. The staff were very helpful and accomidating when our toilet broke and moved us room.
