Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. No car parking on site. The nearest car parks are Yeoman Shore (across the street), Green Market (a 5 minute walk), Caird Hall and Discovery. Off street parking is free between 6pm and 8am daily.

I mentioned it was my mums birthday on booking and on checking in. Not a single effort was made for her. Not even a mention of happy birthday. Also there was the most vile smell in the room, perhaps drains and we had to open the window which in turn meant that we couldn't sleep all night due to both the smell and the noise outside.
Great location and really friendly staff.
We stayed in room 602 and it was a bit tired - paper starting to peel in places and no fridge which I would expect in a suite. Toilet seat was a bit loose.

A Club Room - very spacious, with great rooftop views. Great bathroom with walk-in shower. Room fixtures abd fittings. High standard of housekeeping.

Parking is an issue , cannot get parked near the hotel. Reception told us breakfast was at 7am on Saturday, went down at 7am and told it was 8am
All very easy and relaxed
Car parking was a wee bit confusing in the area but there's not a lot you can do about that
Right smack in the middle of diwntown...perfect for a walker like me.
