The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates include 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
No car parking on site. The nearest car parks are Yeoman Shore (across the street), Green Market (a 5 minute walk), Caird Hall and Discovery. Off street parking is free between 6pm and 8am daily.

Rooms are a bit tired
Location of the hotel to the railway station.
The view from our room. It was an alley. Also a load fan noise in the alley right outside our window.
Favourite part of my stay was the aircon unit
Shower wasn’t very great, the bathroom fan didn’t work, tv very dated and mattress was not the best possibility that it’s either old or cheap

Welcoming staff, beautiful decor, nice arran aromatics Scottish toiletries, teas and coffee & chilled water.5 minutes walk to the centre and all attractions.Lovely breakfast in beautiful surroundings.
No parking, but there’s council parking next door, although the car park does need some maintenance.
Staff enthusiasm for the job.
Lack of staff. Breakfast poor. Staff couldn't cope with the busy period. Ran out of breakfast basic essentials. Staff let down by management. Climbing into the bath for a shower.
The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and out room was spotless. I went for my birthday with my brother and the lovely gentleman on reception gave me a complimentary wine which was lovely.
