Herkese tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Çalışanlar gerçekten ilgiliydi. Otopark sıkıntısı yok. Ayrıca çok dürüst olduklarına şahit oldum. Otelde unutulan bir çantayı sahiplerine güvenli bir şekilde teslim ettiler. İşlerini en güzel şekilde yapıyorlar.

Pros:

Başta resepsiyon olmak üzere bütün çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Temiz ferah ve huzurlu bir ortam vardı. Bir daha gidersem tekrar konaklamak isterim. Ailemle birlikte Çok güzel anılar biriktirdik .

Super staff in a hotel with deluxe rooms, doing anything to accommodate your needs.
Pros:

Very clean, modern rooms that were fully equipped (except a safe).

The staff was very kind and helped us in every way possible, for example making a breakfast to go when we had to leave earlier then the breakfast hours.

Cons:

The rating of the breakfast was a 10/10, but there was no buffet or a real choice (although the staff would do pretty much anything to accomodate your needs)

Amazing option when you cross the borders and you want to sleep somewhere near.
Pros:

Everything new inside the rooms with perfect bathroom. Outside of the hotel perfect garden for breakfast and dinner. Great guys working with perfect English.

Cons:

Bad road to get to the hotel. Fridges could not perform well.

Snídaně byla výborná, vždy perfektně nachystaná. Pokoje čisté. Skvělá obsluha a nejmilejší rodina.
Pros:

Hotel Eurostiven se nachází zhruba 10 minut jízdy autem od centra Shkodëru, což z něj dělá skvělou základnu pro výlety do hor nebo ideální místo pro přenocování při cestě.
Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé, čistota a úroveň pokojů by se vyrovnaly pětihvězdičkovým hotelům. Velmi jsme ocenili vstřícnost personálu, kteří nás s úsměvem přivítali i při našem pozdním příjezdu. Celou dobu pobytu se o nás starala nesmírně milá rodina, díky níž jsme se každé ráno těšili na snídani.
Snídaně se podávaly formou servírovaných talířů, od 8:00 do 10:00 a vše bylo vždy připraveno hned na osmou. Výběr byl bohatý, od sladkých palačinek s marmeládou až po slané varianty, jako jsou volská oka nebo párky s čerstvým pečivem. K dispozici byla vždy i káva. Porce byly štědré, že jsme měli občas problém je vůbec dojídat, i když nám rodina ochotně nabídla přidání, kdykoliv něco došlo.
K hotelu patří také velmi udržovaná zahrada, která je ideální pro večerní posezení. Na baru si navíc můžete zakoupit pivo nebo limonádu, které vám podají ve skvěle vychlazené sklenici.
Náš pobyt byl po všech stránkách perfektní a k přístupu personálu nemáme jedinou výtku. Rozhodně doporučujeme!
