Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le petit frigo est très appréciable. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Et la piscine est très agréable, ainsi que le patio.Très bon emplacement, à 2 pas du centre. C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet établissement, je pourrais très probablement revenir, je le recommande.

Bueno por el precio aunque podrían mejorar algunas cosas

El hotel es muy bonito, como y un personal increíble

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fue que no tenía elevador y estuvimos en un tercer piso fue algo pesado también con un niño de 3 años y que la televisión no sirvió para nada no pudimos hacer uso de la televisión

Basic hotel op redelijke afstand van Ek Balaam en Chichen Ytza
Pros:

Goede en veilige parking, en typische hacienda gebouw met zwembadje in het midden op de binnenplaats. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede hygiëne. Zeer ruime kamers. Goede locatie om zowel Ek Balaam (30min rijden) als Chichen Ytza (45min rijden) te bezoeken. Goede Mexicaans restaurantje op 200m van het hotel, met live muziek.

Cons:

Zeer basic kamers met enkel een laken en erg harde bedden waar je de vering door voelt. Ongezellig licht in de kamers. Geen lift, al is er soms wel hulp om de koffers te dragen.

Overall excellent hotel with nice-sized rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice-sized comfortable rooms.

Cons:

WiFi in the room wasn’t strong in the room, but okay in the courtyard. Pool could be cleaner, lots of bugs and leaves in there one day.

Hôtel charmant et agréable
Pros:

Hôtel charmant et bien placé. La piscine, même petite, est très agréable. Parking privé.

Cons:

Une commode ou un meuble supplémentaire dans la chambre qui est immense aurait été appréciable. Le mobilier n'est pas récent mais fait partie du style de l'hôtel. La serrure de la porte d'entrée pourrait être remplacée, elle s'ouvre lorsqu'il y a du vent.

Decent and fun, but could look a bit more 'fresh'
Pros:

The hotel looks very nice and authentic, with nice spaces to sit, relax and also the room we stayed in was spacious enough. The pool in the central courtyard is cool and quite unique.

Cons:

It looks decent and a bit more authentic, but it lacks a bit in the details. The rooms can look a bit outdated (especially the bathrooms) but this is also a matter of taste. No breakfast option, and the parking lot next to the hotel is too small and full, so you park a few blocks away.

A charming colonial hotel with a great location and genuinely impressive customer service when thing
Pros:

The hotel has a charming colonial character — the lush, lively atrium is genuinely lovely, the pool is a nice amenity, and the rooms are enormous. The location is excellent, with the town centre easily walkable. When we raised a concern about our initial room, the staff handled it exceptionally well: they offered a breakfast voucher, showed us alternative rooms, and even offered a full refund — a textbook example of good hospitality.

Cons:

We found dead cockroaches in our first room, which was a poor start — though the hotel's response more than made up for it. The on-site parking lot is extremely small and overfilled; retrieving your car requires giving staff 20 minutes' notice so they can reorganise the whole puzzle. We opted to park on the street instead. The rooms, while spacious, are also quite sparse in decor and all feel essentially identical.
