Decent and fun, but could look a bit more 'fresh'
Pros:

The hotel looks very nice and authentic, with nice spaces to sit, relax and also the room we stayed in was spacious enough. The pool in the central courtyard is cool and quite unique.

Cons:

It looks decent and a bit more authentic, but it lacks a bit in the details. The rooms can look a bit outdated (especially the bathrooms) but this is also a matter of taste. No breakfast option, and the parking lot next to the hotel is too small and full, so you park a few blocks away.

A charming colonial hotel with a great location and genuinely impressive customer service when thing
Pros:

The hotel has a charming colonial character — the lush, lively atrium is genuinely lovely, the pool is a nice amenity, and the rooms are enormous. The location is excellent, with the town centre easily walkable. When we raised a concern about our initial room, the staff handled it exceptionally well: they offered a breakfast voucher, showed us alternative rooms, and even offered a full refund — a textbook example of good hospitality.

Cons:

We found dead cockroaches in our first room, which was a poor start — though the hotel's response more than made up for it. The on-site parking lot is extremely small and overfilled; retrieving your car requires giving staff 20 minutes' notice so they can reorganise the whole puzzle. We opted to park on the street instead. The rooms, while spacious, are also quite sparse in decor and all feel essentially identical.

The Hotel was a peaceful rest spot in a lovely, traditional Mexican city with fabulous restaurants and very gentil resid
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, large room. Lively grounds. Very accommodating staff. Conveniently located to restaurants and sites in the town and easy access to a number of major attractions in the area. Onsite parking was a plus.

Cons:

The pool was lovely, but it appeared to be under repair when we were there. It was clean, but the circulation system appeared to off and I was not sure whether to go for a swim or not.

Posizione comodissima al centro, parcheggio privato, camere spaziose e molto pulite, ambiente molto accogliente, letti e cuscini comodissimi, piscina piccola ma sufficiente per rinfrescarsi dalla calura di maggio!
Torneremmo sicuramente.
