Pros:

Super nettes Personal.Der Pool sah sehr schön aus und das hotel war super gelegen.Das Zimmer hatte eine gute größe und war schön gestalltet.Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden fall.

Ok per una notte
Pros:

Posizione centrale ottima per visitare Valladolid. Parcheggio gratuito e camera e bagno molto grandi. Lo stabile e molto curato e tenuto bene. Molto bello in stile coloniale

Cons:

La camera non era pulita e lo staff poco accogliente. Quando siamo arrivati era in 3 e nessuno ha accennato ad aiutarci per portare le valigie. A stento hanno tenuto la porta aperta.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location and the hotel looks quite beautiful, particularly the central courtyard. The room was a really good size.

Cons:

The room smelled quite musty and there was a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom that made it almost impossible to use at times. The staff were not particularly helpful.

Beautiful relaxing hotel in the city center
Pros:

Lovely decorated hotel with rooms surrounding the pool and trees, comfortable beds, big rooms and bathroom, friendly staff, parking in site and all close to the city center

Cons:

Unfortunately they don’t serve breakfast, but the main plaza is close by where you can sit down for breakfast

Pros:

Hotel very beautiful, spacious, nice bed, good size.

Cons:

Second day there were no bottle water on my room. Also glasses were not changed.

Putje in badkamer rook niet lekker. Geen ontbijt of tours via hotel.

Suficiente para una noche.
Pros:

La amplia y cómoda habitación. También la ubicación céntrica y la eficiencia y predisposición de su personal.

Cons:

Faltaría una cafetera y un minibar ya que no hay nada para el desayuno.
El estacionamiento es pequeño y cuando llegamos tuvimos que dejar la camioneta en la calle, pero en la puerta del Hotel. Le falta mantenimiento. No tiene ascensor.

Excelente!
Pros:

El personal es un 10! Al igual que la limpieza diaria, extendimos dos noches porque nos sentimos muy cómodos en la ciudad y el hotel. La relación precio calidad nos pareció muy buena comparando otros lugares.
Las camas muy cómodas y la ducha muy bien en temperatura y presión.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas cuentan con frigobar ( no se ve en fotos porque esta dentro del closet)

Cons:

Nada.
