The AC worked and it was a really good location.the staff are nice and polite.we had to stay here last minute due to having issues with our previous accom and we booked this on booking.com and didn’t take long.
We had issues with our room the shower was leaking so we had to move. I also don’t like the fact that they give 1 towel per room even if there are 2 people
The exterior looked very nice
So much focus on the exterior, and the halls, etc, but the rooms are not nice. I was very disappointed. The bathroom was a mess, with the WC very dirty. Some things looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in so long. Didn’t even shower there. Room had a moldy smell. No network as well. Such a disappointment

They did not provide the breakfast even though it was include saying the thr kitchen was not available.
The room vas too tiny
Air conditioning worked very well, staff were also helpful by fetching me some clean water in a bucket to have a shower.
The water was dirty, the bedsheets and towel were not clean, the bathroom looked old, breakfast was too basic.
It was just a small basic room. The food was ok
The rooms displayed on the booking app are not the rooms available. The actual rooms are far less appealing and I wouldn't have booked it if I knew before arriving. The hit water didn't work. The bed sheet was torn and too much noise from ongoing renovations.

They need to improve on their facilities. No water to have my bath. This should have been looked into asap
The suite was a good value for money. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood by Admirality Way Lekki
The price got changed on arrival and I had to pay more. That should not be. The pool was not available and was being worked on. The AC in one of the room was noisy and the TVs are not smart with limited channels and no channel for kids.

The receptionist (called Daniel) was nice and ready to help whenever needed
The room was smelling. There were different kinds of insects crawling on the bed, walls, floor. There were no hotel room basics such as mugs for tea, tissues in the bathroom, soap etc.
