Rent og nydeligt. Flotte udsigter ud over KL.
Beliggenheden er knap så god, men der er dog fornuftige madsteder i nærheden.
L appartement était petit mais très cosy
Le quartier est super vivant très sympa plein de restau.
Le petit dej était très moyen je n ai pas pu avoir de thé c'était café ou jus d orange dégoûtant.
Et surtout on a payé très cher le parking 18 euros car personne a l'arrivée nous a indiqué la place à prendre .donc on a payé un parking à l heure .inadmissible ce prix pour une nuit dans un appart ou c'était écrit parking gratuit...

The apartment is actually not bad.
However, if you are noise sensitive, you can easily disturbed by the traffic noise at midnight.
The response of the staff is not effective.
We reported the non- functioning of the exhausted fan and one of the lamps at the toilet on check-in day.
However, the issue was not properly handled at all until our departure.
Besides, the staff was informed for not cleaning our room during our stay but the cleaner was still arranged to enter our room for cleaning on the second day.
When asking for provision of a 'Please Do Not Disturb" tag, there was completely no response from the staff.
We need to self-make a related tag to use (see attached photo).

We rented 3 units - all clean and the beds super comfy.
Facilities like swimming pool also well maintained.
Food establishments are within the vicinity, plus not too far away from malls and other attractions.
Communication with the host was effective with clear instructions given.

I like the environment with seven eleven and shops near by plus a cafe next to the hotel plus cleanliness and it was spacious 😌😌
Breakfast was good. The location is amazing with plenty of Asian cuisine options.
There was no public transportation available.

Clean , location and the workers from the property are very nice people.
The location is nice- right in the midst of Desa Hartamas and near Mont Kiara. The room is clean and well appointed and of good size. The car park is good too.
The breakfast is inadequate in quantity and is offered under an arrangement with the nearby coffee shop (Common Man Coffee Roasters, whose staff is mostly dismissive at best and rude at worst when they get to know that you're going to utilise the 'free' coupon from Societe (because they prefer independent walk-in customers who are paying in cash upfront, rather than through this back-hand arrangement).
The check-in and house-keeping arrangements are very 'shady'- their staff operate under the shadows for some reason. For example, the checkin is handled rather surreptiously inside the super-market behind the main reception. There is a mobile no. that you are supposed to call if you need any assistance etc. Wheras the main reception is manned by yet another set of rude staff who claim they are from Bamboo hospitality. It seems there are multiple operators utilising the same property selling same/ similar rooms at different prices.
