Pros:

Despite being in a very busy location in Old Quarter, this was a surprisingly quiet and lovely sanctuary. Breakfast was delicious and the host Stella was super kind and helpful!

Pros:

I’ve stayed at Tranquility Stay several times, and it has always been a very good choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. Stella is a kind and attentive hostess who really cares about her guests. She was also very helpful in organizing trips to places like Ha Giang, Sapa, and Cao Bang, and in arranging comfortable, good-value bus transfers. I always feel well looked after there, and I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Hanoi.

Pros:

Très bien situé. Chambre très spacieuse et bonne literie. Bien isolé du bruit de la rue, moins du bruit de l’hôtel. Le personnel nous a organisé des visites et nous pris des tickets de bus, merci à eux.

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de frais

The host was extremely kind and welcoming, and her niece helped me a lot during my stay at the homestay. The atmosphere was very warm and homely, and the sourdough was the best I had during my entire trip. While it may not suit those looking for luxury or highly professional service, it offers great value for money compared to other places in Hanoi. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Hanoi is known for its narrow and long alleys, and this place truly lives up to its peaceful name, being tucked away in such a quiet spot. It might be a bit hard to find at first, and those who prefer something more flashy or outwardly luxurious may not find it suitable, but for anyone seeking a calm and authentic experience, it’s a great choice.

Will be back
Pros:

Arrived at Tranquility and were greeted by Stella. Lovely large room, comfortable bed, smart tv. Great location in old town Hanoi but very quiet. Stella arranged our airport taxi for the next morning. Disappointed we had to leave early for airport and had to miss breakfast but Stella was kind enough to have two coffees to go ready for us.

Cons:

Only stayed one night, would have liked to stay longer.
