Cleanliness was poor, noisy AC, wrong bed configuration - two singles pushed together is not a king bed.

Dinner at restaurant: Charcuterie board had no bread/biscuits (neither did chicken pâté!) - had to buy $12 focaccia! Pork cutlets were raw and Duck Ragu was bland and fatty! Fairy lights only half working ! No “garden lights”, to light up the beautiful vines at night - just black hole looking out from restaurant!
In ground floor room, very noisy fridge and every use of toilets/water from upstairs could be heard. Taps dripping as well.
The setting of the property is amazing, the staff were excellent too. They made our stay one to remember helping me lock in the perfect proposal. I couldn’t thank them enough for the overall experience and the kindness they showed to us during our stay.

The bathroom towels were very small - could’ve provided bath sheets for guests ..

The only feedback would be on a long weekend the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner when there was a so many people staying there or even drinks and cheese.

Couldn’t get Dinner !! Had to leave estate to have dinner and there wasn’t much in Lancefield .
The staff were absolutely incredible, and the restaurant was divine! The property is like a dream. I felt like I was in another country. It was so beautiful.
The shower had no glass or curtain, so it made a huge mess.
We had no balcony. Lastly, the biggest issue we had was the beds. We ordered one bed. It was two beds pushed together first. Both beds slanted, so we didn't have a nice sleep either night.
