Please note that between 20 September and 28 September guests will also receive 1 wine tasting, excluding Saturday, 26 September.

In line with government guidelines, we will only allow fully vaccinated guests (double dose) to enter the hotel. Please note that if you are not fully vaccinated by the time you are planning your stay, we will not be able to accept your registration at the hotel. Cons:

Dinner at restaurant: Charcuterie board had no bread/biscuits (neither did chicken pâté!) - had to buy $12 focaccia! Pork cutlets were raw and Duck Ragu was bland and fatty! Fairy lights only half working ! No “garden lights”, to light up the beautiful vines at night - just black hole looking out from restaurant!

In ground floor room, very noisy fridge and every use of toilets/water from upstairs could be heard. Taps dripping as well.

We will definitely be back, we loved everything about our short but super memorable stay.
Pros:

The setting of the property is amazing, the staff were excellent too. They made our stay one to remember helping me lock in the perfect proposal. I couldn’t thank them enough for the overall experience and the kindness they showed to us during our stay.

Relaxing and tranquil

It’s really beautiful, gardens , buildings & accomodation was all impeccable

The only feedback would be on a long weekend the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner when there was a so many people staying there or even drinks and cheese.

A romantic getaway for two.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely incredible, and the restaurant was divine! The property is like a dream. I felt like I was in another country. It was so beautiful.

Cons:

The shower had no glass or curtain, so it made a huge mess.
We had no balcony. Lastly, the biggest issue we had was the beds. We ordered one bed. It was two beds pushed together first. Both beds slanted, so we didn't have a nice sleep either night.

Money racket. Worse than the government
Pros:

•Young female receptionist prior to check in was friendly on the phone as was the female waitress in the restaurant- special thank you to these ladies
•The grounds are lovely , lovely fire place and nicely decorated with outdoor lights

Cons:

•Flooded bathroom floor after shower. No reception or maintenance staff after hours to help with a room change so we had wet feet each time we used the bathroom.
•Huge puffy pillow, no low options so I slept with a hoodie as a pillow
•Dirty bathroom. Marks on the door, sticker on the ceiling and flies / spiders dead. The in room document was doodled over - clearly not checked over by housekeeping
•Charged a public holiday surcharge for breakfast as it wasn’t included in our overnight stay fee - extremely unexpected as in-house guests
•ONE coffee sachet each. Hope you are a fan of tea otherwise !
•Receptionist on checkout was not helpful. No compensation for the flooded bathroom or being charged the public holiday rate surcharge as in house breakfast guests
