Worst experience. Looting money for breakfast

Nothing is good in this property.

Cons:

They charged us for breakfast but in the morning told us that they dont care since not have any such provisions and when we asked for refund for the breakfast amount, they told us to take it from booking.com . When we contacted booking.com they told us to deal with hotel only. Basically nobody helped, nobody listened. They are just looting money in the name of breakfast. Geyser, tv and lift was not working. Hotel staff was very rude. There were no table chairs blankets towels or toiletries available. They provided a very small room with torn bed cots. No cleaning was there in their rooms. Do not book this based on the photos. Real pics are totally different.

my booking was confirmed with rupees 1011 but after reaching the destination the reception was said that this was not the right amount to stay there then why you all are show it ... that it was available on rupees 1011 ... I was faced so much difficulty because I came from Uttar Pradesh .. I was reaching the destination approximately at 6:15 PM ...

guys I want to say don't go there because yesterday I faced some challenges at night .. tomorrow you will face soo don't go there ..

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist initially denied my check-in, despite having a confirmed reservation. This lack of professionalism set a poor tone for the entire experience. The management was unresponsive and ineffective in addressing the issues I encountered. The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was non-functional, leaving the room unbearably hot. Overall, the service and facilities fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very dirty and poor mangement
Pros:

The location was nice, on road and just few minutes away from sector 18 metro

Cons:

1. The guy at the reception was very rude ,he was not responding to my question and seems very uninterested. Did not even answer general questions.

2. The hotel charged us with extra money than what is shown on the app.

3. The hotel was poorly managed the garbage lied for almost 2 days .

4. The room and washroom were very dirty and the water tap was broken as well.

5. The room door lock was broken as well was not safe .
