La struttura esterna carina

Cons:

Ho pagato per dei servizi , frigo , aria condizionata e muri insonorizzati. Non ho avuto nessuno dei 3… frigo rotto , aria condizionata spenta (per norme a detta loro ), viaggio e trovo sempre l’aria come la voglio nelle stanze ..e chiasso alle 23.00 sia all’esterno che all’interno , imbarazzante

Ottima colazione. Personale molto cortese e professionale

Cons:

Il bagno in camera era un po' vecchiotto...non funzionava l'aspiratore, la porta cigolava e non si poteva tenere aperta per fare circolare l' aria dopo la doccia.

La colazione e lo staff del mattino era gentile

Cons:

Noi avevamo riservato una camera con vasca idromassaggio accappatoi e ciabatte incluse, ma il vice direttore asseriva che la struttura era dotata di una sola camera con vasca e che quella sera non era disponibile. Non si è scusato e ha addossato la colpa a Booking (sito su cui avevamo fatto la prenotazione). La televisione in camera era non funzionante e anche la ventola in bagno. Le lenzuola di uno dei letti singoli erano strappate. Siamo molto lontani dagli standard di un hotel a 4 stelle.

Il contesto, la pulizia, la grandezza delle stanze, insonorizzazione

Cons:

Materasso duro e sottile che non mi ha consentito di riposare. Colazione un po deludente; per un complesso che ha anche il ristorante ci saremmo aspettati dei dolci non confezionati e una colazione più varia, anche per accontentare un vegano o chi è allergico al latte

Τίμιο ξενοδοχείο, σχετικά κοντά στον αυτοκινητόδρομο σε ήσυχη περιοχή, πολύ καλό πρωινό, ασφαλές πάρκινγκ, το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Cons:

La recepcionista carecía de la más mínima empatía que se se ha de tener para atender a los clientes.
Una de las habitaciones asignadas no se pudo abrir y nos pasaron a otra habitación que no estaba preparada para recibir a nuevos visitantes y olía mucho a humo de tabaco.
