Insatisfacción
Cons:

La recepcionista carecía de la más mínima empatía que se se ha de tener para atender a los clientes.
Una de las habitaciones asignadas no se pudo abrir y nos pasaron a otra habitación que no estaba preparada para recibir a nuevos visitantes y olía mucho a humo de tabaco.

Camere spaziose e confortevoli, personale gentile, ampio parcheggio, buona colazione . Nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Cons:

Moquette in ascensore molto vecchia e sporca, moquette nei corridoi vecchia e macchiata. Manca a colazione un grill per scaldare il pane e tutto il salato: ci sono buone cose ma fredde sono poco invitanti. Odore di chiuso nella hall .
