Tout était parfait ! Les hôtes ont été très serviables (transfert, petit-déjeuner pour départ très tôt...), Samira est adorable et l'hôtel est très agréable.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! καθαρό και άνετο, είναι πολύ κοντά στα αξιοθέατα, αν και είναι μέσα σε στενά δρομάκια της παλιάς πόλης υπάρχουν ταμπέλες που οδηγούν εύκολα στο ξενοδοχείο.

Struttura che non si comporta correttamente
Pros:

Nulla, purtroppo non siamo riusciti a soggiornare.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio e ci è stato detto che la camera quadrupla che avevamo prenotato da 3 mesi non era disponibile, ma ci avevano preparato un'altra camera dove, dopo aver richiesto di vederla, abbiamo avuto la bellissima sorpresa che era una camera tripla con aggiunta di un materasso per terra. Abbiamo rifiutato la stanza e a quel punto ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero dato una tripla e una camera doppia ma quest'ultima dovevano pulirla. Alle 22, dopo un giro per la citta e la cena, siamo tornati e ci hanno detto che se volevamo soggiornare allo stesso prezzo avemmo dovuto cancellare la prenotazione effettuata tramite booking. Ovviamente non l'abbiamo fatto e siamo stati costretti ad andarcene e trovare un'altra sistemazione in piena notte.
E pensare che ci hanno contattato molte volte per sapere l'ora di arrivo ed offrirci un transfer a pagamento; se fosse stato veramente un errore di prenotazione avrebbero potuto dircelo molte volte.
Fate attenzione.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. Поменяли при заезде комнату без доплаты, так как когда бронировала не учла что не будет окна на улицу. Оплачивали рублями, что тоже очень приятно и удобно. Завтраки хорошие. Ну и конечно интерьер шикарный. Телевизор не работал, но это нас не сильно расстроило, хозяева хотели исправить, но мы отказались.

Расположение и персонал - отличное
Pros:

Расположение прекрасное, заселили раньше времени, помогают с решением вопросов, доброжелательный персонал, организовали ланч бокс в связи с ранним выездом

Cons:

Отсутствие окна в половине номеров, оно как бы есть, но его как бы нет, потому что вид внутрь здания. Остальные окна смотрят в стену, но тут именно особенности расположения здания в старом городе

На завтрак есть нечего:
Тарелка с колбасой, с сыром, гренки, блинчики, тарелка творога, кофе только растворимый
Яйцо могут пожарить и сосиски

Pros:

Lovely family owned property, the location is perfect just outside of the business of the old town, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is delicious but the real highlight is the staff, they are lovely people, helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Pros:

The decor was very beautiful and excellent location close to restaurants and amazing buildings. The host's daughter was an exceptional assistant manager and spoke English very well and was helpful. Lovely friendly family hosts. Highly recommend. Nice to have breakfast included with eggs made to order.

Disappointing after initial period
Cons:

TV and AC not working. Shower inadequate, unclean bedsheets. Wanted payment for a stain on the bedsheet. Although ’rather cute’ at check-in but an 11 year old was the only person whospoke English and was working all the time..child labour!!

Poca scelta senza poter scegliere una seconda volta. Non sufficiente per tutti.

Pros:

Недалеко от центра старого города. Номер красивый, самобытный.

Cons:

В номере нет окна. Завтрак всего один час с 8 до 9. И если народу много, то приходится ждать. Да и сам завтрак довольно простой. Были проблемы с горячей водой. На такси к самой гостинице нельзя подъехать. В номере нет даже стула.
