Очень краствый отель. Отличное расположение. Отличный персонал.
Pros:

Отель очень красивый. Невероятный.интерьер в детали которого вложено огромное количество труда. Это семейный отель - персонал отеля это семья. Очень милые,.заботливые и приятные люди. Завтраки простые, но вкусные. Вода горячая и народ хороший.
Прекрасное чистое белое постельное белье. Рядом есть магазинчик и рестораны. Исторический центр в шаговой доступности.
Отель находится в старом городе. Если ехать на машине возможны сложности с проездом, но такси приезжает без проблем.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring the city.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel at home and were always ready to assist with anything I needed.

Overall, it was a great experience with excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

Pros:

L hotel è molto bello, molto curato nell estetica. L ho trovato troppo caldo a mio avviso considerata la temperatura esterna elevata.
Verrete accolti dalla proprietaria e da una bambina che si qualificherà Little manager, cioè una bambina di 11 anni, che non mi è piaciuta per nulla.

Pros:

Kliması çok iyiydi, oda çok temizdi, sessiz ve sakin bir oteldi hiç rahatsızlık vermedi. İsteklerimiz hemen anında karşılandı. Çıkış yaptıktan sonra kendi teklifleriyle valizlerimizi bıraktık ve rahatça günümüzü geçirebildik. Kısacası her şey çok iyiydi.

Oda ile banyo boyutunun dengesizliği diyebilirim :-))

Останавливаюсь в этой гостинице второй год. Хорошо организован трансфер до гостиницы с вокзала. Хорошее расположение-тихо. Номера чистые. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Очень доволен. Рекомендую.

City stopover in one of the most beautiful cities in Uzbekistan
Pros:

Cute family-run guesthouse in the old town of Buchara. Every sight reachable on foot within 15 minutes. Calm neighbourhood and very nice hosts. Samira (11 years old) speaks fluent English and translates or acts as receptionist with passion. Beautifully decorated rooms, authentic and very good breakfast. Fast WLAN without outages.

Tout était parfait ! Les hôtes ont été très serviables (transfert, petit-déjeuner pour départ très tôt...), Samira est adorable et l'hôtel est très agréable.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! καθαρό και άνετο, είναι πολύ κοντά στα αξιοθέατα, αν και είναι μέσα σε στενά δρομάκια της παλιάς πόλης υπάρχουν ταμπέλες που οδηγούν εύκολα στο ξενοδοχείο.

Struttura che non si comporta correttamente
Pros:

Nulla, purtroppo non siamo riusciti a soggiornare.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio e ci è stato detto che la camera quadrupla che avevamo prenotato da 3 mesi non era disponibile, ma ci avevano preparato un'altra camera dove, dopo aver richiesto di vederla, abbiamo avuto la bellissima sorpresa che era una camera tripla con aggiunta di un materasso per terra. Abbiamo rifiutato la stanza e a quel punto ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero dato una tripla e una camera doppia ma quest'ultima dovevano pulirla. Alle 22, dopo un giro per la citta e la cena, siamo tornati e ci hanno detto che se volevamo soggiornare allo stesso prezzo avemmo dovuto cancellare la prenotazione effettuata tramite booking. Ovviamente non l'abbiamo fatto e siamo stati costretti ad andarcene e trovare un'altra sistemazione in piena notte.
E pensare che ci hanno contattato molte volte per sapere l'ora di arrivo ed offrirci un transfer a pagamento; se fosse stato veramente un errore di prenotazione avrebbero potuto dircelo molte volte.
Fate attenzione.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. Поменяли при заезде комнату без доплаты, так как когда бронировала не учла что не будет окна на улицу. Оплачивали рублями, что тоже очень приятно и удобно. Завтраки хорошие. Ну и конечно интерьер шикарный. Телевизор не работал, но это нас не сильно расстроило, хозяева хотели исправить, но мы отказались.
